Everybody's heard of...
Everybody's heard of Twilight, right? It's, like, the second or third most popular book in the world (other than HP and Eragon). A classic vampire story- with a twist. Modern vampires that drink animal blood and a romance between a human and a vampire. Funny too. I <3 it! Too bad I haven't read Breaking Dawn, the latest book in the series. Has anyone read it? Is it good?

I love The Twilight series. You have To read Breaking Dawn I'm still reading it, but what I've read is really good. I love Edward!

I tried to find the book Twilight at Books a Million, and they said they couldn't even order it! I really want to read the series. Where did you find the books!?

I thought they were good but my friend thinks they are better than Harry Potter so I often have to disclaim against them.

I LOVE this book! The first one is my favorite,I thought the second one was stupid. I haven't read the last one but I will!!

I can't believe you could possibly think a book in the Twilight saga is stupid! All of the books are awesome! They are THE best books ever! Although i agree that the 1 one is the best... you also need to read the last one. Hope you like it!!

I personally love all the Twilight books, but I can understand how you thought that the second one was stupid. The Twilight books are entirely supported by the characters. Without Edward, the second one just couldn't be as good.

I have to disagree about the second book. I felt that it was one of the most INTENSE books in the saga. Her heartbreak, the abandonment, everything felt so real that I was feeling it! Maybe that's just me, because I really love to get into the books. So yeah.

I didn't say they were all stupid, just the second one. I mean Bella was really stupid kind of. I liked the end when Alice came. After that it was good!!

Luckies, since i live in stupid Belgium (which is pretty darn fun for the most part) the only way I can get Breaking Dawn is at this store in Brussels which is about 1 hour away. We went there soon after it was released, but the 'didn't get it in yet' had been 3 DAYS!! They are so darn slow! Anyway, I haven't even got the book yet. (Thanks, super slow Europeans!!)

Oh, sorry to hear that, Elizabeth! I know exactly how hard that must be to wait for a book. I've lost count of how many times that's happened to me. Anyway, my favorite book in the series is Twilight. The others are good too, but that's my favorite one. Have you guys heard the ratings some of the critics said about Breaking Dawn? It's terrible! It seems like everyone hates the book. I have to admit, part two is pretty boring. But the rest is good. I've been waiting for forever for Bella to become a vampire! I CANNOT WAIT until Twilight the movie comes out. From what I can tell from the commercials, they stuck to the book pretty well.

Hm, I wonder why they didn't like it... Perhaps the glaringly obvious cliches and the fact that it got monotonous after the first few chapters?
Although, I'll admit, Bella was pretty chill after she got vamped.
Speaking of which, I really hate the person they cast as Victoria... Almost as badly as I hate the choice for Narcissa in the HP movie...

Yeah I just LOVE Twilight!!! Unfortunately it's the only one I've read,
since my mom doesn't want me to read the books 'cuz she says vampires
are bad, so I had to read it behind her back. I just HAD to!!! I mean,
practically ALL my friends had read it!!! I love Edward, he's so hot! I
also hope Bella will turn Vampire too!!!

Sorry to puncture the little squee-fest, but, honestly, there are better, books out there. Don't get me wrong, I liked the series--but Meyer could have done better. For example, The Host was much better written, and she gave the characters a lot more depth.
