Chatterbox: Blab About Books

Good Books?
Okay, I know...

Okay, I know a lot of people make threads like these, but...any good books? I am not a big fan of fantasy (except I like Harry Potter), but I do like realistic fiction. Novels, mostly. And not science fiction or many mysteries.

Hmm... hmm... *thinks*...hmmmmmmm... well, I'm reading the Twilight series right now, and it's pretty good. The City of Ember, Ella Enchanted, Anne of Green Gables, The Secret Garden, and the Little Princess are good, too. Hmmm... I'll come back later if I think of any more books. Hope this helps!!!:):):):):)

If you like animals, you should try All Creatures Great and Small by James Herriot. It's really good--and it's filled with animals!!

Here are the 4 best series in the universe from best to worse (not saying any are bad some just aren't as good as the others): Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Pendragon, and Warriors. (These books are better than warriors but aren't a seiries. They are all by Gail Carson Levine) Fairest, Ella Enchanted, Ever, and The two Princesses of Bamarre. WARNING: The Gail Carson Levine books have a little bit of romance in them which I don't mind but you might!!

I know you don't really like fantasy, but you have to try The Hollow Kingdom. Hardly anyone has ever read it, but it is such a good book! It is about a girl and her sister who find that goblins live near to where they do! They get captured by the goblins, too. Please read it.
