I am in a book club and I get to choose the next book! What should I choose?

(P.S Everyone in my book club is in 5th grade but can read 6th grade books.)

What kind of books does your book club read?
I always recommend the classics, particularly Anne of Green Gables, Little Women, or What Katy Did.
For fantasy, I DEEEEEEPLY recommend Keeper of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger! It's AWESOME! Exciting, interesting, mystery, comedy, it's awesome! I love it!
I also recommend:
Fever 1793 by Laurie Halse Anderson for historical fiction
The Girl Who Could Fly by Victoria Forester
The School for the Insanely Gifted by Dan Elish (which is REALLY funny!)
And pretty much any book in the Great Episodes series for more historical fiction
