Hey! has anyone read either THE LIGHTNING THEIF, THE SEA OF MONSTERS, THE TITAN'S CURSE, THE BATTLE OF THE LABYRINTH, or THE LAST OLYMPIAN? if so please reply. Rick Riordan is a genius.

I've read them all – and THE DEMIGOD FILES. In my opinion, the plot was good, and it was very well written, and most of the characters were interesting, so I liked it a lot. However, I detest Percy the character. I find him very annoying.

They were really easy reads, but as mind candy perfectly fine. I enjoyed them. Mostly I enjoyed Nico.
@ Katie: Definitely Annabeth. Rachel was... *shakes head*... very annoying, to use Ima's words for Percy. :P

Hm... That's hard. I like them both, but I think I'd have to say Rachel. Which do you prefer?
Grover's interesting, too... But I don't like Thalia at all – the only difference betweeen her and Percy is gender!

Thalia was a bit of a disappointment when she joined the Hunters, but otherwise, Ima, I'd have to disagree. She was pretty okay.

Yes, favourite characters for me would probably go:
1. Nico. How I love Nico.
2. Apollo. Agreed, Katie, crack up and everyone gives me those, "Whoa, crazy person!" looks. ;)
3. Hades. He's wonderful.
Etc., those three were best, though.

Fav. Characters:
1. Percy ( I find him funny not annoying.)
2. Nico ( awesome)
3. Anabeth ( no words to describe how much I love her)
4. Apollo ( I laugh like crazy and my parents think I'm going nuts.)
5. Ms. Dodds ( I just find her character very interesting.)
6. Artemis ( She is just plain awesome.)
Once again I don't know why you don't like Percy.

OH MY GOSH. I have read them all and there BRILLANT. You are totally right when you say that Rick is a genius. I mean you'd have to be to write books as amazing as those. I personally think the last two are the best and I really liked how Ricky made the war in The Last Olympian feellike a real war by making last more the a day long. No offense to J.K. Rolling or Stephenie Meyer because I love HP and Twilight too; but the final battle in The Last Olympian was so more amazing then the final battel in DH or Breaking Dawn. So i think I would have to say that Rick beat them both out in his last book.

3> all the books! Annabeth was way better than Rachel, in my opinion. Rachel was annoying. Nico, Beckendorf, and Grover were cool too. And I actually sort of like Percy. He definitely is not the smartest main character ever, but I thought that he was nice, in a random sort of way. Isn't the movie coming out in February?

Yeah, the movie came out a while ago. Annabeth is soooooo much better than Rachel. Here's my list of fave characters:
Poseidon
Percy
Grover
Annabeth
Tyson
Thalia
Apollo
And it finishes like a mile from where it started.
