Being one of the many CBers obsessed with the Harry Potter books, I've made a Harry Potter thread! I want to try to keep spoilers above the fourth book minimum to none, if that's possible. This is for fan art, favorite parts, character obsessing, everything Harry Potter, and warning: will contain spoilers for anything below the 4th book! My favorite character from the first 4 books is Hermione (sorry if I spelled her name wrong)! My favorite part is probably the whole Basilisk part. So anyways, have fun on this thread!

This thread is AWESOME. I am SO so so so obsessed with Harry Potter, have been since third grade (I'm in sixth grade now). I'm a ravenclaw, with slytherin mixed in. I will post my art of Luna Lovegood (my favorite character) in a bit, maybe tomorrow, after it's colored.

Agreed - Luna is my favorite character too! And I would say I'm a Ravenclaw also, maybe with a bit of Gryfindor. HP rocks!

I really like Harry Potter! I haven't been as obsessed with it as I was in third grade, but I'm still quite knowledgeable. I am a Ravenpuff!

out of every single book, Luna is my overall favorite, the reason that I said books 1-4 is because my sister hasn't gotten through all of the books yet. For some reason, I also like the dementors.... they're kinda cool haha.

My sister came up with a theory that Ariana Dumbledore was an obscurus. I think she might be smarter than I am. Thoughts?

HMmmm....could be possible! I've always thought though-
Harry Potter obviously isn't an obscurus, but his magic was suppressed by the Dursleys! Someone told me that he did spells anyway, but did he though? He's also above the age of ten, when most Obscurus victims die. He totally could have been! I've also wondered about muggle-born witches and wizards; do they get suppressed magic if they don't know about it?
