Hey kat! Do you mind telling me who Morpheus is? I really don't know who that is sory. But here's a description of my character:

Name: Summer (Sky) McBrown

Description: tall, had long black strait layered hair, and sky blue eyes. Her friends tell her that whenever theres a storm, or she feels a really strong emotion, they turn stromy gray. She has parchment tan skin.

Parents: Her mother is Amanda McBrown, a dentist in Los Angeles, California. Her father is Zeus, lord of the Sky. Hence her nick name, Sky.

Age: 12

History: She ran away from home when she was 6 years old. A satyr called John Forest found her about 3 years later. he brought her to Camp Half-Blood. She was always being attacked by monsters because of who her father was. She now lives in Cabin 1 at Camp Half-Blood. Her sword, storm, is crystal bronze and she loves to use it. She has been at Camp for one month only. She is good at everything except archery, and black smithing, and any other thing that any other god is good at. Exsample, archery. When she tried, lets just say Chiron forgave her for the arrow in his behind. ;)

Other: She plays guitar and has no friends except for John. He died trying to get her up Half-Blood hill. She is friends with kids at camp, but not really.

((That took forever to think up. But oh well. At least I got it finished.))

Sky-

I got up and looked around my cabin. I sighed. I was sleeping in a sleeping bag. I made sure that I was on the other side of my fathers statue. His eyes seamed to fallow me whenever I walked through the cabin. I had been claimed about a week ago. I walked outside. No one would really talk to me. I knew what they were thinking. I wouldn't talk to her if I were you. Her dady might blast you to bits. I went strait to breakfast. I scraped a portion of my breakfast into the fire, an offering to Zeus. As I finished my breakfast I heard something at the tree that had once been my half sister, Thalia Grace. I walked over. My crystal bronze sward straped to my belt. Makeing it clear that if you messed with me, you were going to get a big whack on the head with 3 feet of pure pain. As I looked out over the hill, I noticed a girl, walking up the hill. She looked ok, but she was still to far away to tell if she was fine. I called to Chiron. "I'll get Argus to cheak her out." He said. I nodded. "I'll go with him." I said. Chiron looked at me like I had gone crazy. "You? Daughter of Zeus?" I rolled my eyes. "It's a foot and a half down the hill. What could possibly happen?" I asked. That sold him. Argus and I walked down the hill. I kept my hand on my sword, just in case.

FORGET MY LAST POST!!!! I'm gonna make a new one, 'cause I thought of something better :)

Name: Areena Jonson

Description: ADHD, Dyslexic, amazingly smart, pale, red hair, glasses, freckles, skinny, normal clothes=camp t-shirt, jeans, sneakers,

Parents: Mark Jonson and Athena, goddess of wisdom and battle strategy

Age: 12

History: I was born in Virginia. When I was at daycare my "teacher" (Cyclops) tried to knife me. My dad and I moved to Pennsylvania. In 1st grade an abnormally large serpent crept under the school fence and took my pony toys. We moved to Indiana. In 3rd grade a minotaur chased me down East St. We then moved to Missouri. All was fine until 6th grade. I had a dream that I was supposed to find a child and journey to a place that would change my life. (I didn't know I was a half-blood.) So I packed my bags and journeyed west. I found my best friend, a satyr named Hansen Walnut. I called him Nuts. When I met him we were in Colorado, so we journeyed the long way back to New York. Along the way we met up with Ares, he felt bad for me, caused Nuts his scars, and gave me my sword, "Lightbeam."

(( I forgot to add that Sky is dyslexi, and has ADHD too.))

Sky-

I watched as another kid came up right to the front. *Hello, I'm Areena Jonson! Daughter of Athena. This is Hasen Walnut. Or, Nuts.* I looked her over. She looked ok. Like she had been fighting monsters all her life, just like me. "Hello Areena. My name is Summer McBrown. Call me Sky. My father is Zeus." I watched sadly as her mouth dropped open. *Zeus?* The words could barely come out of her mouth. I sighed. "Ya." Her eyes strayed to me belt. *That's your sword?* she asked, pointing to Storm. "Ya. My father gave it to me." *Wow,* she muttered. I nodded. I was trying to be enthusiastic. I figured, maybe she'd be different. Maybe she would like me for me, and not because she's scared of my dad.

Morpheus is a minor god, God of dreams. ZB- I like both, maybe you could do both. O someone else could take over one.

(I'm excited right now, I just got my cousin's e-mail... *evil sounding 'he he he'*)

Here goes:

I was miles from home, on a hill, in the middle of Rhode Island, and worse, someone was approching me. A man and a girl, about my age.

The girl said, "Hi, I'm Summer McBrown. Are you by any chance trying to get to a camp?"

Relief flooded my body, "Yes! Thank the gods--I've been searching for months!"

She smiled and motioned for me to follow. I did, but as soon as I saw the top of the hill I froze. There was a dragon on top of it. I immediately pulled out my celestial bronze sword.

Summer froze and said, "What?"

I stared, "There's a DRAGON!"

"Oh, you've got nothing to worry about, he's just there to guard the fleece."

I'd heard about the fleece so I put the sword away. As soon as we passed the dragon we relaxed. We made our way to the main arena and this guy in a whelechair came up to us.

Summer stepped up to him but I spoke first, "Chiron, you don't have to explain Camp to me, I already know."

"Thanks." Sky seemed really nice, even though her dad was Zeus. I marched down to the Athena cabin. I don't know how, but I knew where everything was. A visual started forming in my head. Sort of like a battle plan. "Mom," I muttered. I walked into my cabin, tossed my bag onto an empty bunk, and looked at my surroundings. My mouth dropped open; it was my dream come true. The wall was rimmed with bookshelves, there was a large table in the corner, and maps were all over the walls. A guy was working on some sort of tedius math problem, and just by looking at it I knew what the answer was. I walked over. "The answer is 4." "What?" The guy looked confused, like someone just slapped him in the face. "No, it's 3 over 7." He looked like I was the one who made the stupidest mistake ever. "No, you divide 28 by 7 and you end up with 4. Not 3 over 7." He looked over the work again, and held out his hand. "Hi, I'm Sean. Sorry about that; ever since Olympus started being quiet again, the whole camp's been edgy." "I'm Areena." I lay down in my bunk, and out of the corner of my eye I saw someone. I caught my breath, but I put the thought in the back of my mind. I couldn't get cought up in that.

Sky-

I looked at the girl surprised. My hand was still on my sword. Most likely NOT the best way to greet someone. "Well, please call me Sky." I said. *Sky, why?* I shrugged. "Cause my dad likes that name." She looked comfused. *Who's your dad?" She asked. I looked at the ground. I always hated introduceing myself like this. "Zeus. My dad is Zeus." Her eyes became big. Like the dragons eyes big. *Zeus? King of the gods? Wow* She said. But not like, wow, umm, I'll just be going so I don't get blasted outa the sky by your dad, wow. Just normal wow. "Ya. So how do you know about Camp Half-Blood?" I asked mystified.  Just then Areena came up to me. "Sky, Chiron, you guys should see whats happining down by the lake." She said nerviously. My eyes darkened. They turned the color of a storm. I ran to the lake, fast as lightning. When I got there I was amazed by what I saw. Standing there, infront of the biggest ship I had ever seen was a boy with sandy colored hair, and green eyes. Hermese (did I spell that rite?) god of theives was standing behind him.  *This is my son, Mason Desan.* He nodded to Chiron, then was gone. *Er, hello.* Mason said. I narowed my eyes. "Why did Hermes bring you here?" I asked, my voice as menicing as thunder. He took a step back. Well sort of. He was still standing in the lake, so he couldn't go very far back. *He, uh. There's a, um, well, Chiron I need to talk to you.* He said. Me Areena, and Andromeda fallowed Chiron, and Mason. Chiron rounded on him as soon as we were in the big house. I leaned agenst the door and watched them talk. *I was getting ready to go to school one day when Hermes came to me. He said that he was talkeing me to a place called Camp Half-Blood. That I was his son. I didn't really belive him until we landed here. Anyway he told me I was needed for a quest with three other people. One, the daughter of Zeus.* Mason looked at me when he said it. "WHAT?" I shouted

I jumped onto the rail and listened to Mason's story. I practically fell off the railing. I jumped up as fast as lightning. "A daughter of Zeus? Who else?" "Well, of course myself, and one other person. A daughter of Athena." (Please can I be on the quest?)

Sky-

((Of course you can Areena!)) i looked up at Mason. "Do you know the actual prophocey? Or is it more of an Omen?" *I do know the prophocey.* Areena jumped off the railing excitedly. *Well then, what are you waiting for? Say it!* She looked at him enthusiasticaly. He looked uncomfterble. *Well, I don't know.* He muttered. I walked up to him, looked him strait in the eye and said, "Say it." Then I just went back to leaning on the wall. He looked a bit scared, but still said it. *The daughters of Zeus, Athena, Morpheus, and the son of Hermes will make a journey to the place where the titans dwell. They will save the world. But only if they work together. The daughter of Zeus will make the ultimate sacrafice to save the world, she will die.* When he finished, they all looked at me. I stared at him as if he was crazy. Like he'd just read that out of a joke book. I looked at the ground uncomfterbly, waiting for someone to say something

"Oh." I said uncomfortably. "The daughters of Zeus, Athena, Morpheus, and the son of Hermes will make a journey to the place where the titans dwell. That obviously means that Mason, Andromeda, Sky, and I will go to San Francisco. That's where the titans are, right?" Sky looked at me. "Yeah. San Francisco. They will save the world, only if they work together. That's obvious. We're all going to save the world, but we're gonna have to work together. But that last line, The daughter of Zeus will make the ultimate sacrifice, she will die. That's what I don't like." I rubbed her arm and said, "Prophecies can be broken right? A prophecy is a rough futuristic prediction. There could be another daughter of Zeus who hasn't found camp yet. Unlikely, but possible." Chiron stroked his beard. "You're right Areena. There could be another daughter. But very unlikely. What is also strange is that usually there are 3 who go on a quest. But if the prophecy says, the four of you will go immediately. Tomorrow morning, you will all leave."

I like it!

//Andromeda//

They seemed confused at the prophecy.

Chiron spoke first, "Morpheus has no children though," he said.

"Yes he does!" I said. They seemed slow to register this, like they were really tired. That happens when I'm angry. (but not for any other strong emotion for some reason)

"Who?" asked the girl I didn't recognize.

"Me!" I said. It took them a while to register this to but they gasped when they realized. That made me feel worried for some reason and they all looked awake now.

"Then I think we have our Quest members!" said Chiron.

Sky-

I smiled weekly. "Chiron, everyone, I know the last line is about me." They looked at me like I had just fallen out of the sky, which, once I accidentally had. *How do you know?" Adromida asked. "Because, my mother used to repeat that prophecey to me all the time, telling me that I was in it. I didn't know what it meant until now. But after about a year I started to have dreams about that prophecy. I know it's me. Zeus told my mom. I know. It's me." I looked at the ground, and walked to the door. "I'm going to my cabin." I said sadly. Areena and Adromida exchanged a glance. I turned back and said, "But Adromida, I didn't think Morpheus had any kids? I guess I was wrong. It's most definitely us," I said. My hand fell to my sword, and I walked out the door.

Areena, you really want your character to die at the end?  There's no way you can avoid the prophecy; she will have to die. Also, I don't believe a prophecy would just say "she will die".  If you WANT her to die, then possibly make it less obvious.  Like, "And the sky will fall" or something like that.

Sorry, I meant NAME, not Areena, because NAME came up with the prophecy.
