RP set in the future!!!!

Ok, there are lot's of RPs for Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, Warriors, and a few that aren't based on books, but has there ever been an RP that is set in the future???? The year: 2184.
Name: Chloe Edelia
Age: permanently 15/ actually 98
Appearance: shoulder length dark brown hair, brown eyes, light skin, about 5" 4'.
Personality: sly, tricky, not very trustworthy.
Other: lives in hiding, barely ever shows herself. She's pretty much a cyborg, because many years ago, if someone that had no relatives died, their body was pretty much recycled, a little over 60% of it being replaced by technology, their brain replaced by a computer, etc. (yeah, i know, it's gross) Then they were sold as servants or given to businesses to use as messengers or helpers, etc. Chloe escaped from the business she was sold to after she had developed a personality and her "brain" had retrieved some memories of her life before becoming a cyber-servant. She got her personality and memories back, and has been hiding from the authorities for 77 years. (she was human 15 years, lived as a cyber-servant for 6, and has been hiding for 77, so that makes her 98 years old, but she stays 15 permanently.)

Other: The right half of her torso is "robot", It was basically ripped out in a brutal helicopter crash.
I have an idea if we do WWIII! It could be like a rebellion group or something and we're against the bad guys or whatever...

Ok, here is the story/setting, or whatever:
We are part of a rebellion group in the middle of The Sky War (aka WWIII, but it's actually more of a world-wide revolutianary war). It's called the Sky War because none of the fighting happens on the ground anymore; all the war machines only fly. Our reballion is called The Underground, because...well.....our HQ is underground. :) We have 18 small flying machines that we keep in a secret hangar (that's how you spell it right?). There are about 30 people, mostly teens, in the Underground. We are all fighting for freedom; The Sky War started because Asia and Australia (they are now called Asialia) united and tried to dominate the rest of the world. Europe and North America untited against them, but their governments also kinda' wanna' dominate. So Africa and SA (south America) are the only continents that are nuetral, so our HQ is in Brazil.
There you go, feel free to start.
P.S: Chloe, my character, is only kind of part of the Underground. She works like a black market dealer almost, selling information and technology and stuff like that- that she really shouldn't have in the first place- to the Underground. They welcome her when she comes, because they need the stuff she can get, but Chloe and the Underground don't 100% trust each other. (w/ good reason. She's not very trustworthy, she just goes with whoever can protect her from the authorities, which since the war started is the Underground.)

Name: Alexiana Infinity
Apperance: 5'3, strawberry blonde hair, braided hair that is hip length, very beautiful, until you reach her eyes. She has eyes that are just gold. Creepy. She only has baggy clothes, and a very old and large trench coat.
Age: 11(can she latch onto one of you as a big sister/brother character?)
History: She was born like a normal little girl, but in an explosion, her eyes were turned gold. She got a power. What's it called??? She can move small things with her mind. She looks healthy, but really she was dying. One day she woke up, and she was lying on the war torn street, 50 years in the future, after the rebellion started. She stumbled into a shady business dealer, who sold her to the underground. But no one has actually seen her, they just have her in a room and feed her and other stuff. But they figured out something about her, now they want to "ask a few questions". Creepy. She has a calendar in her pocket, counting down the days she has left. 2 months, 3 days, 8 hours, and 16 seconds when they summon her into the conference room. (with you guys, I think) She really has no idea what is happening, and is scared. But I think she is very cold. Chloe mabye could be slightly protective. And I could latch onto her, even though Chloe is wary of her.

I take out the calendar and the pen and mark down another day. I hear a knock on the door. I concentrate, and the door springs open to reveal a suprised-looking teen. Hmmm. Wonder who it is.
"Ummm. Misses..." she pauses, waiting for me to respond. I don't. She clears her throat, then continues. "If you would come this way, please. Someone would like to talk to you." I groan, and stand up. I follow her out the door. She starts to close the door, but I do it with my thoughts. She jumps back, and I can see the hair on her neck stand up. I follow her down a hallway. I walk into a dark room. She disappears. I see a chair and sit down.
"Maybe she's a spy. Maybe we should just kill her." A girl with long brown hair prompts, as she turns her chair to face me. A girl that I gather is a part cyborg, from what I can gather, starts to speak.
"How do we know that? We don't know anything about her."
