Alright, the CB is slowly dying a painful death. Post here if you care if it dies or not.
In other news, NaNo is killing me. Missed the first few days and had a huge essay dropped on my head last week. Bio is obnoxious (who cares that alpha-ketogluterate is the third intermediate of the Krebs cycle??), and our football team is doing us the indecency of winning a lot. Which means, of course, that we, the bandos, have to suffer for two more weeks until the playoffs are over.
I've been working on a backbreaking art project for the past few weeks. Geh. My 2H is down to a little stubby thing by now, and my eraser has holes in it that will not repair. Apples are good. My glasses broke today, and I hate my contacts.
Thank you for reading about the tediousness of stuff that I'm annoyed about.

We care about the CB! In its entire history, there have been both busy and slow periods, as people grow older and get busy with other activities. November has always been one of the slowest time because many Chatterboxers are participating in NaNoWrMo. We predict CB will become lively again, and our alumni will visit again from time to time.

Update: Still behind on NaNo. Essay takes precedence. Bio is less annoying. Hoping the team will lose tonight (heh). Art project's looking up! Glasses still out of commission.

I have noticed this before, but like the shy person I am, I have said nothing. Has anyone else posted on the Artist forum? We hve a new artist, and so far it has been only me, Old Cricket, and Ingrid (the artist) posting.

I noticed that on the PP. NaNoWriMo and school are probably contributing to the slowness, compared to the summer month when everybody is FREEEEEE!

Hmm. I've been busy with a giant English assignment. We have to write a fairy tale and in mine, 13 heads get chopped off! So I've been busy with all that head chopping, but I promise I will try to be present here on the Chatterbox. And I will invade South Korea. Members of the Lemming War! In other rants, my internet is being very slow so that pages take like twenty minutes to load and vidoes keep stopping so I can't watch Supernatural obsessively like I would like to!

Hi! Nano is consuming my life and my brain and...
...I shall start ranting about my characters now.
Maddie Engleson was supposed to be kind of not so much heroic and bit more antiheroic instead but it turns out she doesn't actually have a personality at all, not really, and when she does have a personality it's kind of Mary Sue ish. So I'm going to make her accidentally kill somebody *cackles* and try to shock her into a different personality. Lacey is kind of fangirlish and I adore her because she's awesome. And she has to hold everything together and that just makes it perfect for when Legion betrays everybody and she snaps. Lacey snapping will be fun. And Jack is awesome but he talks too much and I'm going to have to remove a lot of what he says when he first meets Maddie because it is in no way realistic. But my darling Jack Frost is just great at being immature. And I haven't heard all that much from Legion, and he isn't invading my dreams like Jack and Tesla, so that's good. Especially because he kidnaps Jack, and Jack doesn't know it and it isn't revealed until three books later! But Legion is too talkative, so I'll explain that away as nervousness on his part. Really, he must be more calm. And then Tesla, my darling, darling Tesla. Absolutely perfect. Only character I actually got right. But I had to move Maddie down to the Estab, so I've heard less from him. But he's awesome and I really want to make him find Mirage because that would be extremely interesting. And I also want to make him blow something up.
On the Estab: WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU PEOPLE???!!! First of all, Maddie was only supposed to be there for like three days, she was only supposed to make friends/enemies with Adrian Fletcher, and then Kieran and Jessica and Luce and the entire Purple Team show up! What the heck? And why was Kieran kidnapped by the Wardens. That was most definitely not supposed to happen. But I love them anyway. Because Jessica is just so awesome, Kieran is so sarcastic, and Luce is so murderous. They're so funny. Then on the Wardens side of things, Reaper shows up and that was not supposed to happen. At all. Because now I have to get rid of him before the whole vigilante arc, because he would destroy the whole vigilante ideal. It's going to be hard to get rid of him because he's only the son of Death, after all. And why is Fang a psychopath? Fang, why are you a psychopath? But I like Kelvin. Kelvin is stupid and sometimes mean, but he's kinda nice and I like him. The Estab is messed up.
On other notes, I read all of Death Note in 4 days! Not recommended if you want to finish your Nano novel. And then I started on Fullmetal Alchemist! Not good for me at all! I'm trying to stop myself from watching any of the tv adaptations until November is over. Same with Fullmetal Alchemist. On Deathnote: argh! Why didn't Mello just act a little bit smarter, find Light, and shoot him! Because that would be a Mello thing to do, I think, but of course he just has to beat Near, never mind all the people that are dying. And now I'm hyper because they just finished filming for Chronicles of Syntax and I really, really want it to come out because then it will be so awesome.
Also, today is Thanksgiving and I already ate stuffing!
