Hey-oooooo everybody! Before we left on the train, I took some pics of my room and belongings. So, now I'm posting them to the CB for everyone to look at!

These are my really cool leather shoes.
These are my really cool cloth shoes!
And this is my bookshelf, plus a little Darth Vader figurine. Vader is missing the stand that he comes with.

Annabeth is the coolest heroine ever! I hope she and Perce get out of you-know-where-if-you-read-Mark-of-Athena, cause I don't want her (or Percy) to die!

Your answer is quite satisfactory! Yes, I REALLY agree! Though, if either die, I'm sending Rick Riordan hate mail. That would be SO WRONG!!! I can't wait for House of Hades to come out!!!

I can't wait for The House of Hades!!! Did you know that RR is writing a Percy Jackson/Carter Kane crossover? It will be in the back of the paperback Serpents Shadow in May, I think. But if you wait until June, you can get the ebook copy which will also have a sneak peek chapter from The House og Hades! So excited!!!

Sadly, however, The Son of Sobek will only be a short story and not a whole series. Did you know Rick Riordan recently had a couple of Twitter Q&A's? He had them on the fall equinox and the summer solstice. He did not have one on the spring equinox or the winter solstice 'cause he's busy writing. If he has another Twitter Q&A, I'm going to ask him if he will write a full Kane/Percy cross series when he's done with his Norse one.
Oh, and the House of Hades cover is revealed May 31! Also, to find RR's blog, Google "Myth and Mystery".

I really wanted RR to write a Norse series so bad. Also, I'm starting to hate the Heroes of Olympus. My favorite overall is The Kane Chronicles, but the first PJ is his best individual book.

I like the Vader figurine on the bookself. I wish I had a booksef in my room. I just have piles of books beside my bed. My mom thinks my room is messy but I don't.
I see fortune wookie! (Welle, the book) @JDD have you read the new one, Art2d2 one? It's more o f a how-to, but it's still good. I wonder if Tommy A. has read Scott McCloud... He has some of the same priorities.

(messy desk is messy) All three of those posters were signed by the casts in person :). And that TV is older than I am. Also, look at ALL my Pratchetts. And my skull (he's ceramic and his name is Bob). :3

I like Bob. My sister's desk is actually worse than yours, or at least it was when I last visited her. She has a pretty big room,though, so I think she is just messy.

It's my roommate's Russian textbook. Some of its examples were really shady sounding, of the go-to-this-address-and-say-the-passphrase variety, so... yeah. Russian Mafia jokes.
