Well here goes nothing...

Some of my aunts, uncles and cousins were at my house visiting.

We went to mass on Sunday and it just so happened that I was altar serving that day. We sat and listened to the readings and finally kneeled for the Eucharistic Prayer. The altar servers had no kneelers at that time, so we just kneeled a few feet from the altar. As the prayer continued I began feeling hot and dizzy. Then, the words began to jumble and I had trouble hearing. Finally, my vision vanished and I fainted

I was told that after I fainted a collective gasp arose in the church! The priest had stopped mass and my mom and a nurse rushed up to help. I had fallen about an inch away from the sharp corner of the altar! I think I was there for about 5 minutes! When I woke up I was laying on the church floor with people looking down on me. I was confused! Then, I had to be taken down the center aisle to the back of church with the nurse and my mom holding onto both of my arms while people stared at me! It was awful.

As a side note, the other altar server who was with me fainted too, about 10 minutes later!

That had to one of my most embarrassing moments. I had fainted with my extended family at mass, stopped the service, and had to  be walked out of mass!

@ JDD: Double truth. And also: WOW. I CANNOT see Jaws. I would probably have a heart attack. But then again, I already have an excuciating fear of sharks, the ocean, and all sea creatures except for dolphins as it is. So I guess it makes sense I can't stand Jaws.

@ Blue: Sorry, can't say.

I could not see Jaws either. The ocean freaks me out too, which is kind of weird, considering that I live right near it. I don't mind going in the clear, shallow parts, but I can't go out where I can't see the bottom. Acording to my mom, I was afraid of water even when I was a baby, so if there are such thing as past lives, then I must have drowned, or had a bad experience with water. Seriously, it freaks me out just to fly over the ocean on google maps.

@BHR: Truth 1: Say one time when someone walked in on you while you were doing something private.

Truth 2: Talk about one time when you were caught lying.

@ Ruby M.:

Erm...

Truth?  I think it would be hard to properly do a dare where only written communication is possible.

Mmm...let's see.

Most scared in my life?Or just scared and embarrassed? I'll go with the second one.

I have always afraid of kidnappers and robbers. When I was little, I would wake up in the night and hide under the blankets even in the hottest of summer. As I grew older, every creak was a footstep. One summer night when I was about nine years old, my Dad was off to some meeting. My sisters, Mom and I were having story. Our living room and kitchen are connected by and open doorway. So I was going to the kitchen to check if Dad was home, when I heard a creak coming from outside.(The door was open, because it was so hot). Thinking that someone was outside, I slammed the door shut, leaning against it, as if to keep someone out.My mom and sisters asked what was the matter. When I told them, they laughed, and said that it was just the neighbor's dog. I knew that they were probably right, but didn't want to give up.

___________

Yeah, I can't think of something else at the moment.
