I'm very flattered.

I'm sure you are being anonymous for a number of reasons, but it would be very nice to know who you are.

I'm sorry for bothering whoever wrote this post, but I'd very much like to know who you are and if this is a prank or not. If it's a prank, that's totally cool! Pranks are awesome. But if this real, I'd like to thank whoever this person is and pay you some compliments about who you are. I could pay compliments for everyone, but I'd be here all night if I did that.

. . . I just like looked at this post and read the first two lines. And then reread them. And then read the rest. And then reread it. And then read Red's.

@Human:

Although you do not have to reveal yourself if you do not wish to, I must say that you have definitely aroused the curiosity of others (me) besides Red.

Was it right for me to comment? Or should I not have?

^Totally my reaction. Except multiplied by three.

It's fine to comment. I don't care. Actually, seeing your name connected to a post made me laugh for about three minutes because I thought you were Human and the writing style is so unlike you. Laughing is great, don't ever apologize for making someone laugh.

Wait so is this real or just a prank? Because I think it'd be a mean prank

I doubt it's a prank. What would be the point of posting it if it were?

I'm not Human by the way. I mean, I am A human but not the Human who started this thread!

I don't think it's a prank, either. And it's weird that you can get an online crush! I never did! I do have a real person crush, though. *blush*

Human.... I confess I can understand your need for secrecy, but not your dilemma. An online person crush? As attraction occurs through the secretion of pheromones, you would have to know Red in person to feel any sort of attraction. Therefore, while interpreting the scientific facts, one must conclude that this must be a prank. And not a terribly kind one at that. But, if somehow science happens to be wrong or your unfortunate computer secretes over-the-net pheromones, I wish you the best of luck.

Nah. You can feel attracted to someone reading their stuff, getting to know their personality, and if you think hey, this person is funny and nice and smart and they're also the opposite gender then it logically follows that you think hey, it would be nice to date that person. I mean, when has science ever been terribly accurate in love affairs? I know that there is a scientific and base reason for what happens overall in a relationship and why we date but really, I don't think anyone fully understands what's actually going on.

Does it have to be a person of the opposite gender?

Heck no. Of course they don't have to be of the opposite gender. There's no reason why you can't appreciate the words of anyone. Look at me. I'm not even human. I'm the result of lack of oxygen in the brain for minutes after birth. I'm a hallucination, for Pete's sake, yet someone out there thinks I'm doing a good job. On the internet, you can appreciate what anyone's got to say, from a boy to a girl to a bush, and it doesn't matter what you are. Why does it matter who you like? You can like anyone or dislike anyone you want. Your favorite flavor of toothpaste is a preference. Who you like or don't like is a preference. What's the difference? None. Like or dislike anyone you want, it's not our positions to judge.

What Red and Zach said. Totally.

And, I wanna say, Red, we're very lucky 'bout that lack of oxygen. It given us a wonderful friend.
