Real life crushes

So I'm thinking maybe we could do a real life crushes thread. I have like 5 crushes at once.

Squishie says caak, so maybe it is not supportive. sounds like it may have choked at the idea.

Wow, you guys have a LOT! I don't really... Well... When I was in kindergarten I had a EXTREME crush on a boy... I don't anymore, cause he was (And i THINK he still is i wouldn't know, I started home schooling after kindergarten) a complete JERK to me. And for celebs... I have to admit, I don't really have any.Tongue out

Do you ever get these really unrealistic crushes? On somebody who is way out of your league, or doesn't even remember your name, or already is in a relationship? And logically, you know the chances are about .000000000043% but you can't help thinking, maybe one day it will happen for us...

Eugene says "utck." I guess he agrees with Squishie.

Whats a fanboy?

I'm guessing the male version of a "fangirl." Meaning a guy who is a super duper fan of a book/movie/band/person/topic.

Uh there's a boy at my school I like but he only knows me from sixth grade so o_o

But he's so funny and smart and cute and perfect.

My dream boy, but I know I'll never be able to, you know, talk to him or whatever because he's in none of my classes and probably thinks I'm super weird.

OMG, please don"t get me started.....

just got over my first major crush....two YEARS in the running. he (I think) liked me for about half the time. then he went from being a nerdy kid to REALLY popular and now is a jerk. a total jerk.

plenty of minor crushes- kids at my DCF book group, in school classes, or in homeschool groups. not so much into celebs, but mainly get crushes on the characters they play.

@ Dragon girl

We don't dedicate our lives to crushes; we wouldn't even be on the freaking chatterbox going on about books and our lives and interests if all we literally dedicated our lives to our crushes (people DO have pinterest boards and facebooks accounts about the people they adore, but this thread is NOT one of those things). I mean, all of us are at the age where we start to like girls/guys in a romantic/like-like way; it's natural to fangirl/fanboy a little about that. It's part of being a darn teenager.

It doesn't mean we dedicate our lives to them.

Sorry if that was a kind of rude rant, but I just needed to put that out there.

You weren't being rude, you were merely proving a point. Good point, but I still think people are wasting their precious time talking about that stuff. I am also growing up but I dont get in to relationships. I hate mush.

Oh, I would not go so far as to say we are talking about relationships. There is indeed a difference, though perhaps a bit of a fine line, between a Relationship and merely having a crush, a consuming yet so temporary love which would rarely be acted upon.

I have one thing to say about crushes, and it is this: Out of sight, out of mind.

Most every boy I know is a jerk. (No offence, boy CBers! All of the boys I know would never come on here. It's too "lame.")

He is so awesome in every way. And we have the exact same interests. Except I hope I don't annoy him because I text him too much (I really do).
