Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

Need some advice. Since the Ski Lodge mysteries have come to a halt I would like to write something like it but not the same and I'm not trying to replace them either. I would like you to tell me if this idea is too much like Ruby's for me to use. You are accepted to a special school for only the best, only one will graduate, only one will walk back out of those doors. Evrey day the Teacher of the school (me) will put the students through a test (not a sit down) and take a quiz test, a holographic test that feels like it's a real disaster test. The test will be set so that one person will die in the attempt; you are put through the test together. I will not use a sugar bowl but I haven't decided what I will use yet.
