I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia. My house is only a block from the beach and when it's warm we go swimming or look for treasures at the high tide line. I love playing outside, roller skating, biking, swimming, hiking, baseball, animals, nature, and almost anything to do with the outdoors.
I love books and writing (well, duh, I think anyone who reads Cricket does) and I highly recommend the following books: Anything by Kate DiCamillo, Inside Out and Back Again, The Raft, and the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. Kate DiCamillo is my all time favorite author.
I write my own stories. I've written five already. They're really short, but (not to brag) really good. I'm afraid of bugs and the dark.
Pussywillow, you rock! Uglee Bird, u are crazy! Cricket, Ladybug, why don't you guys just ignore each other? Marty, you are so cool!

Hi, Caroline! I'm Ellie, lover of reading and writing (obviously), music (listening to Taylor Swift as I type this), Minecraft Youtubers, singing, theatre, fashion and weirdness. I've been on here since June or July and intend to stay for a very long time. You're so lucky to live by a beach. Do you surf? I've always wanted to learn how. I hope you enjoy the CB for a long time.

Hello! im Leila, but everyone calls me Savvy on here, and sometimes in real life. I am 10 yrs old and love reading a LOT. i'm in 5th grade, but my reading level is 4.9 to 12.2, and i won a reading compition against 38 teams of 4, 5, or 6 kids so yeah. i write books too, and (not to brag) think that they are good. My bbfflae (bestest best friend for life and eternity) is not on this website but i'm also really good friends with MapleSyrup who is on here.i also think Kate DiCamillo is freaken AWESOME! And even though i'm probably too old for it, my all time favorite book by her is The Miraculus Journey Of Edward Tulane even though i do cry every time I read it. You are sooo lucky to live by the beach! I mean I go to the beach every summer, but it's a good 6 hrs away! Do you ever back flip into gigantic waves? I always do that, but I do gymnastics and can actually do a backflip, so if you can't do one I recomend not doing that.... but just plain jumping into waves is cool!
