I have a couple questions about Cricket, and I need answers.
First, why is it called "cricket"?
Who is this "TOP"person. He or she seems crazy.
Also, do you know who SAVVY44x, or potato. They (wink wink) are my best friends.(wink wink)
The name Cricket came from the story "A Day of Pleasure" by Isaac Bashevis Singer. It mentions a stove behind which a cricket sang all night long, like telling a story.
Top is just what people say when they are trying to move a comment from a back page back to the front or top.

Hey, I'm Daffodil. I haven't been on the CB much lately, but I used to hang out here a lot. I still do occasionally though :)
I have a weird sense of humor. I'm sure that both of the jokes I put on this thread are not going to pass the admins screening process (lol)
I love listening to Lorde and watching youtube videos. I started reading fanfics a few weeks ago but I'm trying to quit bc like seriously is this really how I spend my time.
Fun fact! I have not been on a computer in 4ever, just my phone, so I'm like, "Why is this so tiny! Why isn't the touchscreen working! What is this keyboard!"

Top. My friend top. Well, you see, when someone makes a post such as this one, and someone else comments on it, the post goes to the very back pages where no one can see it. So either the person who commented, the person who made the post, or anyone else who's feeling particularly (vocab word boom) nice will search throught the back pages for the post, and post under the name "Top" then the post will go to the first page and everyone can see it. I was Top on this post, and I was getting really frustrated (like Malia) because it wasn't going to the top or the first page.

@Top : I think I know why it isn't topping. I think that there are so many threads on each section right now that no page can be at the top for very long.
