I just "broke up" with 3 toxic "friends". Now I have an interesting life. 

Ok, so I have cooking as my elective, first period. And in my group is this one girl, she is such an annoyance. I don't know if she means well or what, but she is extremely girly and extremely annoying. 

Anyway so the other two members of my group fled to the garden without me knowing and left me to try and handle her.

I decided to go try and get them back or at least get away from her, and told her just to stir the syrup until the timer rang, and when the timer rang, take the baklava out of the oven.

When I came back, my baklava was a bit overcooked and the syrup was crystillized.

Addmittedly crystilized syrup tastes amazing, and has a texture like hard candy, so I didn't really mind.

But, still. Funny.

I also persauded the same girl that she should pay me twenty dollars for a piece of my writing.

I wonder is she'll actually go through with the deal...

Other funny school story: Ok, so on Tuesdays and Wednesdays are Block Days, which means that on those days I only have half my classes, but those classes for longer. One Tuesday I thought it was Wednesday. On Wednesday I don't have any P.E, so I didn't wear my P.E. clothes. I also wore clothes REALLY BAD for running in, without thinking it was any problem. I wore skinny jeans, a thick jacket, and then this pair of fluffy furry boots. I had first frisbee in the wet grass (my P.E. is in the morning) and then Relay Lapturby. It was painful.  

@Young Writer, I just got into a fight with a friend. I know how you feel. I feel really bad about it, and I found out she never really wanted to be friends at all.

There was just a huge thunderstorm where I live, which is uncommon. Now I'm getting bad omens!!!

I did an interview at a high school today. There was a part individually with me, then they talked to my parents. While they were talking to my parents, I read the yearbook that was sitting on the table. And found a wonderful yearbook quote: 

"Honey...Where's my super suit?"

Anyone who quotes Frozone- this particular quote especially- automatically wins at everything. Thank you, senior in high school whose name I don't recall.

Someone else quoted Edna Mode, and someone quoted Kanye West (I honestly have no clue who he is but I've heard he's running for president despite being a rapper. So...). It was altogether very entertaining. I need a really good yearbook quote- the eighth graders have yearbook pages at my school.

And I don't know if anyone has read this series, but I finished the final Very Nearly Honorable League of Pirates book today. The books are a little bit below my reading level, but I love them, and the ending was nice.

I got sick way back in September...

Then I got sick in early October...

Then I got sick on HALLOWEEN WEEK (thankfully I shook it off by Saturday, but still)

And then I got sick three days ago and it's only just gone away.

I don't like this time of year very much. Sure, red and orange and yellow leaves are pretty and all, but seriously, Autumn is more of an allergy season than Spring will ever be.

Plus, here in Pennsylvania (at least where I live), we've gottten 75-80 degree weather IN FLIPPING NOVEMBER.

(By the way, the above seven sentences do not use the word "the.")

In science, we'll be doing a town meeting-ish thing. We're going to be debating about cleaning up Lake Champlain. I'm on the "bad guy" side, the taxpayers who don't want to help the environment:( but it should be a lot of fun! Plus, my teacher always puts me with my friend, so yay! We've actually come up with some legit arguments.
