Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

Hi!So, if yo

Hi!

So, if you haven't already noticed, I'm back.

Alright, I told you I would leave forever... Buuuuut.... I can't live without this place.

Yes. I only left for like.... 2 months. Yeah.......

So, Hi again?

I suppose?

My writing has become absolutely horrible.

So has my spelling. And grammer.

But Hey! Now I finally express my deepest concerns and make you all my sla-

You didn't read that. Continue on.

....

This has becoming extremely awkward? Right?

I should stop.

...

I missed all of you, by the way.

Could you perhaps tell me what has happened in the past whatever months?

Yaaaay! I'm glad you're back!

Mostly because I missed you but also partly because you and Brookeira leaving started the "Nostalgia War," as I like to call it (I enjoy giving unofficial things official sounding titles), where we fought about how the Old Chatterbox was better and how the new people were ruining everything, which, in hindsight, was both untrue and extremely pessimistic.

Wow, I just fit four lines into a single sentence.

It never really ended, but it's not happening anymore, so that's good... I guess...

Anyway, I'm getting off topic. You're back! That's all that matters right now! YAAAY!

*confetti spews everywhere*

I agree with HAB.  After you left other 'oldies' started to follow, leaving because 'all the newbies posting so many threads that you couldn't find anything anymore.'  Now, as one of these newbies, I was kinda mad!  Yes, the CB got really crazy and insane for a while!  Yes the CB has changed with the coming of all these newbie!  I think it changed for the better!  When I started in early September, there were NO NEWBIES AT ALL!  It took me a long time to figure stuff out cause there were no 'welcome threads' to explain things!  Now I think we have a good mix of oldies, middies, and newbies.  The big problem was for that month or so there were like NO OLDIES WHATSOEVER, so all these poor newbies had to figure out how to run the CB on their own!  Now, that is why it gt so crazy.  I myself posted several threads on how we needed to slow down a bit.  Now that you and Brookeria came back, I hope things will get better!

Uh... not none of us Crowd Sorcerors left whatsoever. Unless I don't count... while I was not posting I was there, watching and trying to find something that interested me.

There are plenty of us Crowd Sorcerors left. Air said she would be back soon, at the start of 2016 I think. I'm here. BHR technically never left, she commented recently.

This is getting confusing with "oldies" and "newbies" and to ME, I am and was always... a newbie. The oldies being BHR and Ruby and them all.

So therefore I vote that we have "generations" of CBers.

GENERATION ONE: The Warriors (Warrior Cat RP obsession, remember)

GENERATION TWO: The Ski Lodgers/Ski Lodge Murderers/Ski Murderers (The Ski Lodges)

GENERATION THREE: The Crowd Sorcerors, or Sorcerors for short.

GENERATION FOUR: this newest generation. I don't know what you guys are making yourselves famous for so you guys name yourselves. =)

There are small generations between these, like the difference between Brookeira and me; she came on BEFORE crowd sorcery but was still a "newbie" at that time whereas I came on DURING crowd sorcery. But these are the milestones, the big groups, if you see what I mean. The terms "oldie" and "newbie" refer to the status of that generation. For example when I was first one and young and a sucky RPer, The Ski Murderers were the oldies and the sorcerers were the newbies. Now it appears Generation Four is the newbies and the sorcerers/younger ski murderers are the oldies.

I've got no idea what generation I am. I'm not that new...I've been on almost 11 months.

Also, welcome back, Danie! I'm sooo glad to see you!

Toto says uthi. That's a CAPTCHA greeting!

I'd say everyone is generation Chatterbox and leave it at that. Let's all be one!

I came JUST after Crowd Sorcery. Funnily enough, I actually came on to figure out how Crowd Sorcery worked.

I realized a second ago, why a lot of new people came on at once. (I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but it is true.) Because of that thingy in the Cricket magazine, you know, when they posted a lot of writing, pieces of RP and stuff, from the Chatterbox!!! (You can still see in This Month section where all of those who were around at that time went insane with  happiness.) So, maybe we should be called something about that. Obviously, not everybody came on because of that, but probably a lot of people found about CB that way.

I think what balletandbow means, Indigo, that the Oldies were sort of...  not helping/looking down on the newbies. A bit. Just a tiny bit. And there were quite a few Newbies who tried to jump into RPing with out figuring out what was going on...

DANIE! So glad you're back. I love your writing. Even if it is absolutely horrible by your standards, it's probably better than mine.

What did you miss... Hmm...

-Several new CBers

-The Nostalgia War (That really is a good term, HAB.)

-A huge population growith of Ski Lodges

-And on the camp story: You getting sucked into a ring, a prank fight, Puck eating a worm, and uh, spaghetti with honey.

Glad you're back, anyway!
