HELP!! SOS!!!! 911!!!! SECURITY!!!!!

Ok, so my name is Leeli, you may have heard of me, you may have not. I am a bit new to the CB, and I started out in Kyngdom, but then slowly ventured out into the other sections of this wonderful world, where I found a CAPTCHA, Nugget, and two Æs, Alfred, and Grace. The reason this thread starts with all of the HELP, SOS, blah blah blah, is partly to get your attention, and partly because I need help. You see, I've been to BaB, Pp, and Inkwell, and looked, merely glanced at DtE and CaC. And I'm not sure what either are really for. Especially CaC, which is why I'm asking here. Could someone give me a descriptive, detailed, long, time consuming post to explain? Thanks! If you have any questions, just ask!
