Who are your CB idols? This has come up in the Compliment Threads, so I decided to make a thread for it.

Riddler, I think you're wrong. I've only seen you in a few posts. One I remember clearly was your Einstein's Riddle post. And THAT is why I idolize you. Or at least, respect and admire you. I could never write in one, such a style, or two, be able to solve the thing. But I do see why you find it weird to idolize someone. I guess it is more of respect/admire.

I don't like the idea of 'CB idols,' and I really think that'd cause some jealousy, but I've really admired Danie from the very begining, way back in December 2014.

When I was new, no one idolized me and I wasn't jealous.
Currently, I think that two people idolize me. . . Not sure.

Well, thank you! Gosh, that was a REAL long time ago. I didn't write as well back then :P But that was a fun time, nevertheless.

I don't like to think of the people I admire as idols. To me, idols are things I put above more important stuff- things I obsess over. You guys aren't idols, but there are people I admire or feel I owe some sort of debt to due to all the great stuff they've done for me.
When I first joined, I immeadiatly saw a ton of awesome people. I became friends with the awesome Danie, who continues to bounce around with more energy than I would think possible and make all of our lives a good deal cheerier. I wrote in an RP with Noelle C, who I will forever remember as an awesome writer and friend. Soon I made friends with other people- Nora the Singer, who was kind, mature, and had good taste in music being one of them- but since I've been with these people so long, there's something special about them for me.
Later, I befriended Teresa and BHR. They always seemed super mature (most of the time *glances at BHR*) and generally awesome. They didn't seem exactly human. Teresa and BHR we both there for me in a time when I was very depressed. Teresa is probably the sweetest, most mature person I know, and BHR, behind her crazy and fun persona, is also a wonderful person who will always be there for you.
I also met newer people. St.Owl- you are awesome, always with a new idea or thought to share. Your Harry Potter fangirliness inspires me, and your AEs are so much fun! Air- you're amazing, mature but fun to hang out with and talk to. Sometimes I feel like I don't even have to ask if you know what book I'm talking about- our taste in books is practically identical. You're an amazing writer, and your critique inspires me.
There are so many other people- Nova, Shadow, MD, Ruby- I wish I had time to write about but I have to go. I LOVE YOU ALL.

Well...everyone here has been an idol to me (Rose Bud is a huge idol to me as well because I read her writing in the magazine). When I first joined I was a little, alone girl, and scared.
Now I'm a little, tiny girl with fantasy powers. Lol. And it's thanks to you guys. You guys are amazing, and have taught me so much! In Brookeira's CB story, it potrayed me when I started-I was a little, alone girl, who got shot in the arm for amusement.
Or at least I thought I got shot in the arm for amusement. But all of the senior CBers have taught me amazing things. Not being guessed as myself once when I used a false name, not being listed on the top list of CBers, only being listed on the compliment thread when Gared has just joined, and I've played for WAY longer, all weigh me down.
But basically everyone stopped that. They pointed at me and were like "What the heck are you thinking? You're one of us!!" And I really appreciate it.... :)

Thank you Icy! I've always admired how quickly you adapted to the CB :) you just took in all our weirdness and were like "okay!" And Mei, I said it was a lousy alias because it was obvious, although 'twas the first thing that came to mind.

I don't know about some of you, but I don't quite idolize certain CBers, because that seems a bit strong. However, I do look up to quite a few of them, whom I will name later. I'm a bit low on creativity right now...
