Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

Hey! Guess what?

This week, (well, it will be this week when Sunday comes around) I'm going with my mom and two little brothers to my friend's house in Connecticut. It takes about four hours to drive there. Yikes.

It's my mom's friend, but she has a daughter that's the same age as I am. Our birhtdays are actually in the same month. :) Last summer, she came to visit us with her family, and she's super fun! I hadn't seen her since I was four or something, so I had no idea really what she was like. I was pleasantly surprised.

But to the point. She has a Kindle and an iPod Touch, (the latter her brother gave to her because the screen was broken) and she'll likely let me show her... this website!

1. That means I might be able to post this week.

2. That means she might see this website and get interested.

3. THAT MEANS SHE MIGHT JOIN THIS CRAZY FAMILY OF WRITERS, READERS, AND DEBATERS! YAY!

If she does want to join, I'll first telll her about the CB slang, RPs, Ski Lodges, the lot. And then I'll make a thread with her to introduce her. She may or may not use her real name. And I'll have to ask her not to reveal my name and age, because I'm saving that information for my birthday in 2017. Next year.

But then again, she might not join. I don't know. I hope she will, and she might, because it would be a way to talk to her without writing letters. Anyway, just wanted to let you know about that!
