The week is
The week is up, Mei thought to herself. Time to go.
Time to go forever.
Bringing out her beloved (chatter) box, she opened it up to take a look one last time.
Inside the box contained origami butterflies. Each butterfly represented each thread that she was in. Each thread that she was leaving.
Slowly, Mei took out four. Two were simple Post-it paper. They wouldn't last long. One was made of shiny wrapping paper, strong, and permanent. And one was a teeny-tiny thing, made from minisucule paper.
One paper butterfly was for her goodbye thread. She hadn't finished responding to all of the comments. Another was for Team Ariasol. The tiny one would be for the short day she came back in 2019. And the strong, shiny one was for her fanfiction thread. Her CB friends could talk to her there.
She took a deep breath. The rest would have to go.
Mei opened a door. She walked outside, holding the box in one hand and the four in her pocket. It was time.
A breeze started to blow. Mei held the box up to the sky, a small tear running down her cheek. Part of her (Most of her, actually) didn't want to do this.
She tilted the box sideways, allowing the origami to spill out.
Allowing the butterflies to fly free.
They fluttered in the wind, beautiful against the gray-blue sky. Mei watched as they blew away, into the horizon.
She was free, too. Her box was empty, making room for new dreams. New goals. A new chapter of her life.
She would eventually set the Ariasol and Goodbye butterflies free, too. And the mini butterfly would be gone after 2019. They were made of temporary material for a reason.
But the shiny Fanfic butterfly?
She would keep it close to her heart, as a memory of the Era when Mei lived in the beautiful place called the Chatterbox.

Don't lose your enthusiasm and ambitions...
and don't be afraid to grow into different ones, either, if you ever
become disenchanted. We are dynamic beings and should always try to
grow in good ways. :)
And you can always come back, too. I think there'll always be a chair for you here.

In fact I'll learn how to make an origami butterfly right now. I'll place it on my desk where I can see it every morning and remember. Remember a person who had the courage to spread her wings and fly.

Mei, you are a free spirit now. Go explore the world in your new chapter of life, just remember, we're here for you, that little shiny butterfly, always supporting your every move. Expand what you know, seek the unknown, and never let your goals and dreams go to waste. You are magnificent, and I will always respect that.

Why must everyone leave! I swear, I'm staying, even if I take unannounced breaks.. but that was really well written. We'll miss ya, Mei. Make sure to check back in every once and a while, and rememebr February 14th, 2016. Bye.

Oh man, I love origami!
Mei, that was beautiful. Good luck with this new chapter in your life, but remember that there will always be a place for you here. You are a determined girl who knows what she belives in. A leader, definatly not a follower. You will make your own path in life, not simply use an easier one. You seem to be ready to do anything in order to fufill your dreams, ready to take on any challange. You are ready to attack any problem in you way with your fierce words. You are bold. You will go very far in life, wherever you want to go with your dreams and ambition combined. Good luck, Mei. You can acheive whatever you set your heart on.

I guess you'll never see this, but...
Be brave, but don't be afraid to be afraid.
Be strong, but have the strength to be forgiving.
Be unique, not just inside yourself but in the way you act towards others.
We'll miss you.
