If 'The Issue' has caused two wonderful CBers to leave, then it must be awful, and we need to do something about it before it starts a war or something. So this is the thread we take a stand on! First step is, WHAT IS THE ISSUE??? Sorry, but it seems like Cho is being really secretive about it on her thread. Like, everyone has asked her, but I don't see any prominent answers. So could someone please explain to me? I'm checking DtE. Nugget say yukb. It must be bad...

Yes, it is about same sex romance. Both her and I are Lutheran and strongly against it. I will most likely leave if the Admins and Editors declare it allowed. And Cho isn't being secretive, she just thinks that:
A) you can find it all on Gared first "getting rid of AEs and leaving" thread, and
B) that other people already answered the question.
It isn't a big secret, it is a big deal.
Swift says "agga". Agrivating? Yup. Aggghh? Yup.

I'd like to just say something very quickly, because I posted this on another thread already, but I'd like it to be seen by all eyes.
AVOID THE THREADS TALKING ABOUT THE TOPIC IF YOU'RE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH IT.
Please don't leave because of it. You all are beautiful people and wonderful CBers. This topic won't suddenly be the main thing going on in the CB. So please, please, please don't leave-- just don't click on the threads including the topic.

Ah, I see. And this really bothers me, as I am also a Christian. I might have to take a CB break if it goes on too long, but for now I can avoid it with a clear consiense. And I figured she wasn't being purposely secretive, I just was in a hurry to post.

I wish Mei was here. She's the boldest and not afraid to speak up and she lays out logical reasons for things and she's brace and we love her for it. I wish I could be brave.

Just something to say, but we did kind of have something liek this long long long time ago. Does anyone remember Ruby? Sure, a lot of you probably do. But how many of you remember Red? *looks around the room* Not a lot.
Well, Ruby was a schizophrenic. I'm not super sure what that means myself, but he had this weird illness that made him hallucinate. . . I think. Then this guy named Red came along who claimed himself to be "Ruby's friend." This was true, in a way. Red was a "made up" person that Ruby made. In his mind, Red was a real person. A REAL person. Like how you know that your BFF is a real person. Anyways, everyone got real attached to Red, then when Ruby said that he was technically not a real person, nobody got mad. This is a small issue, but a real issue. I think every person in the world should learn that being "gay" is something normal for some.
This isn't really related to the topic, but I thought it was. Kinda.
