Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

Minor PSA from me

(Stands for Public Service Announcement by the way)

I said minor PSA; don't freak out; I'm not leaving and I'm not even on a hiatus. Calm, friends! 

So school started again today, after a wonderful Winter Break. I'm in 7th grade, in case you didn't know. I'm excited to see my friends, and eager for my classes.  So far we don't have heavy homework.

However, I wanted to let you know that you're going to see less of me around here, since I'm busy, and school is extremely important. That's the way it was last year, before winter break, as I'm sure some of you remember. However, I really do want to be on the CB a little more than last semester. Last semester, I forgot to check things on the CB. (I'll explain why later in this post.) This time, it's not forgetfulness; I have to force myself not to. On week days, I will be very inactive. Some weeks you might not see me at all. On weekends, I will check the CB on weekends and post. I'm sure some of you have similar situations with being busy.

What I used to do was sneak on when I'm taking a break from homeworkers in , but I'm not going to do that anymore. I am not supposed to be doing anything that's not school-related whole I'm doing homework. If my mom catches me on some other website, she says she's going to take away privileges, and block the website temporarily. I do not want to risk being torn away from this beloved community. 

As for my Island Paradise Resort ski lodge readers, I have not forgotten you! Honestly it's going to go the way it's been going...sometimes I have time, sometimes I don't. But seriously don't worry I will never forget you. I promise this story is going to be finished. I know I haven't posted in a few days...my good friend was visiting from Scotland, and I had some homework to finish up. (But I did submit some pretty long sections before.) Keep it topped! I've been outlining the next part, and hope to have the opportunity to write more soon, and type it up as well.

Typing this pretty quickly, so not sure if it's coming across as positive or negative. (Sorry if I make a typo, no time to edit.) Let me reset the mood if it was the latter: this is meant to be positive! :D I just wanted to update you guys, just in case you would think I'm dropping off or fading away! Nope, nope, and nope. I'll be less active, will barely post on week days, will mostly stick to weekends and holidays. It's not really a hiatus, since I'm not completely taking off.
