Speaking of randomness... you know when you get the weirdest things stuck in your head? Yesterday the Spanish conjugation of "acabar" was stuck in my head. Except it wasn't the real conjugation, I was randomly pulling endings from a bunch of different tenses... Acabi, acabas, acaba, acabamos, acabais, acabaron... Also, a little while ago, my Spanish teacher was talking about the imperfect tense, and one of the conjugations of "trabajar" was "trabajabamos." We had just been creating our dramatis personae in the world of Romeo and Juliet (basically your own character who experiences the events of the story as an outsider) and so my friend changed his character's last name so that he was called Lucian Trabajabamos, which basically translates to Lucian "we would work." That probably sounded like gibberish to many of you. We are very strange people.
