Picturing Paragraph!

Picturing Paragraph!

Picturing Paragraph!

This is exactly what it sounds like: you ask for one and I write a paragraph for you! Nothing too big or stressful, mind (I'm sure you've seen me talking about that, heh) but just a quick little fun thing! They'll be based off your name, and you can choose from me writing about-

Your name as an animal

Your name as a color

Your name as a person

Your name as a place

-----

Here's an example (I'll just use my own name)

Animal:

Bracken brushed aside a tawny shape slunk through the forestry, dappled spots melting with the shadows. The calls of birds and humming of insects echoed all around, but nothing could be heard as the feline shape moved steathily, drawing ever nearer to its prey. Suddenly it paused, weighing the chances as its amber eyes flicked back and forth, and then it shot forwards, claws outstretched. There was barely a second for the hare to turn its head and see the clouded leopard's oncoming attack, but by the time it took to flee it was too late. There was a harsh squeal, quickly cut off, and the predator sat up, purring, its next meal safely secured.

Yeah? Just tell me what type of picturing you want and I'm happy to deliver!

Kestrel

Relentless hoofbeats pounded the earth as a white stallion raced across the forest, a furiously snarling young prince on its back. His coat was embellished with frills and tassels, and a vainly smug expression sat on his face, a look of comfortable ease. Not so much was the creature he was pursuing, an exhausted ash-grey fox with creamy yellow eyes, her tongue hanging from her mouth as she fled from the arrow-bearing prince. Snow kicked away as the fox hared over the winterscape, her mind racing as she tried to think of some way to escape the merciless ruler. Suddenly an idea struck her mind, and for a moment she slowed, her thick grey pelt a smear against the snow. Confused, the prince halted his horse as he watched the fox trot across the snow into an area surrounded by bushes, and fumbled for his bow and arrow, aiming to send on straight through the animal's neck. However, the fox suddenly shot off, careening around a tree with unforseen speed. Startled, the prince and horse gave chase, but they were much slower, and soon he only had the fox's left-behind pawprints to go off of. Sneering with triumph, the prince let victory rush through him as he neared a rocky cliff face, knowing there was no way the fox could scale it. Just then, he had to slam his steer to a sudden stop as they were greeted with the sheer, stony wall, but no sign of a cowering fox pressed up against he. He remained there a few moments more, investigating, but was finally forced to give up his chase and ride away. Beneath the earth, in a small tunnel hidden by shrubbery, curled a grinning grey fox.

Some people think of zoos as places of entertainment and learning, while other see them as nothing more than prisons. Whatever your opinion may be on these places, regardless it is true that one can see more animals in one gathered place than anywhere else in the world. Yet in addition to this, one sad truth is that the animals are unable to roam freely, for reasons ranging from predatorial instinct to a speedy flight into the mechanized human world. However, at a certain zoo you could name, there sits a very special exhibit. Perhaps 'sit' isn't the right word- flies is more accurate. If visitors to this zoo were to look above whenever they heard a raucous cry, they'd see brilliantly adorned green, golden, yellow, and summer-sky blue feathers rustling in the wind above their head, quickly followed by magnificent plumage and a copper-bright beak. This parrot will swoop and soar above the tourist's head, though by no means fleeing into the sky. She'll soar above the seals and languish by the lions, wings spread to great fans of color.

Shoshannah

A dimly flickering overhead orange-hued lamp is the only light this girl has as she sits in a cozy black armchair, her body hunched over and intensely focused. Her lanky light-brown hair is tossed haphazardly over her shoulder, and the only clothes she has on is a navy blue T-shirt with gold lettering of some old school long past, grayed and well-worn sweatpants, and purple-spotted socks. Green glasses are peched precariously on the bridge of her nose, bifocal panes slicing the glass in half. A black and white cat winds around her feet, mewling for attention, and absentmindedly the girl reaches down to scratch its neck as she keeps on hand on her keyboard, the whitish glow of her laptop illuminating her soft facial features. A half-drunk cup of coffee sits, forgotten, beside her screen, and suddenly the girl jerks up as inspiration strikes her mind. Hands shooting to her keyboard, she frantically attacks it, etching out page after page as her fingers desperately chase the dancing words of her novel.

Seagull cries split the air as a small white vessel plows through the water, waves crashing off on either side of it. The white marine birds patrolled the skies above, their black-tipped wings bobbing up and down as they hunted for a meal. Leaning aganst the railing as she stares at the rippling ocean stood a girl dressed in lily-pink garb, white streaks cutting through her pastel pink skirt over her sun-darkened legs and skin. She momentarily glanced back at the cabin, where a weather-worn man piloted the wheel, flashing a grin at her. The girl smiled to him and turned back to the sea, closing her hazel-flecked eyes in a deep sigh as the wind buffeted her long, dark hair. The sharp scent of salt filled her nostrils, so achingly familiar it seemed strange that she had ever decided to leave the sea.

Can I have one as either colour or place?

Aelin

Dark, misty gray hues like particles of rain swim through a thicker, blockier partion of white. Neither color accepts each other, but nor do they repel one another. Instead, like dye dropped into water, delicate tendrils of white spreads through the gray shades. Marble stone-like patterns form a speckled, dappled color that you could find if you turned your head and looked up to the sky on a drizzling, stormy day, with white clouds close behind.

Lightning

Tension split the arena as the gathered crowd swayed as one, their excited voices minglng with each other. The sky overhead was dark and stormy, with occasional flashes of light crackling through the air. In fact, the ground was many miles below the stadium, nothing more than a greenish smear below the spectators. The whole building was encircled by a metallic, spike-staggered fence that seemed to indicate the exhilirating activies within. In the center of the stadium stood two warriors, clad in armor and bearing massive weapons. The cheers and boos of the crowd seemed to swell with the lightning thundering overhead as the warriors lunged at each other, until it was a roar of noise that reached the heavens.
