Well, you could hollow out the insides of the ball (you neglected to tell us of the dimensions, or if there were control panels inside) and use duct tape as a reflector slash heat shield. As we all know, there's nothing duct tape can't handle. Air? Easy enough. The cheese hat, since it probably truly is made out of cheese, will be eaten over the course of the time traveling. The prune will be substansial food as well, and the mustaches will serve as last-days amusement if we plummet to our demise while trying out this shaky time machine. Your argument is invalid.

Oh, what do you mean, this is a randomness thread and you weren't actually serious?
