Hi.You know
Hi.
You know that time someone posted from an anonymous name a poem about cancer?
Yeah, that was me.
And I bet you saw this coming.
So last night, almost midnight, my mom woke me up and said that my grandmother had just died. She said that she was going to go to her family's house to make sure everyone was okay. After she left, I cried to sleep.
So, thus I will be taking a temporary hiatius from the CB, just until my world has turned back from being upside-down. Since I saw this coming, it'll only be a week or two, and I might check a certain thread or post an RP or two.
Here's to knowing life will go on.

Aw, Lucy. I know how it feels. My grandmother died to cancer too.
I found that the more I thought about how she was gone, the worse it made me feel. I found that reflecting on all the good times that you had with her really makes one feel better. And think of how she would want you to deal with it. She’d want you to move on and live life to your fullest. I’m a Christian, and I know that my grandmother’s death was not the last step. I will see her again one day, which is beautiful. She was a Buddhist, and the last couple days of her battle with cancer, she made her own decision to become a Christian. I don’t know if you are religious, but I’m sharing what I believe. Surround yourself with the people you love, Lucy, because you shouldn’t go through this alone. And I’ll always be here to support you, friend. ^^
I’m very sorry.

I'm so sorry. I know those words don't mean much, but I really am so sorry.

Lucy, I know this will sound empty, but I am so sorry. Your family will be in all of our thoughts. Know that you have the support of everyone here on the CB.

I'm so sorry for your loss- which, like Kitten said, feels kind of empty and useless- and I hope that someday, wherever she is, you will get to see her too.

Oh, Lucy! *hugs* I know how hard it is to loose someone. There aren't words that can express how anyone feels at such a point in life. I'm just happy that she was lucky enough to have such a strong and wonderful granddaughter through out her life. We love you Lucy. If there is anything I can do to help, please tell me.

I am so sorry. My great aunt had cancer. My Aunt recently died, so I kinda know how you feel. But we weren't that close, so I got over it pretty easily. I am so sorry.

You've heard it, but I am so sorry...

I had no idea, Lucy. I can't say anything that will make this better, but I know you are strong and you will get through this. You'll be in my prayers.
