I was looking around in old threads and found a couple of these. Basically, you just compliment as many other CBers as you can think of! I think these are nice because it makes people feel special. I'll post some once this thread pops up.

@Jwyn: You’re always kind, unselfish, and you put others first, and I can see you trying to be a more godly person. I admire you for that.
@KtG: I love your colorful, happy personality, and your wonderful sense of humor. You really brighten the CB, and it wouldn’t be the same without you.
To both of you: Even though you may not be ‘well-known’ here, you are a very valuable part of this community and lots of people here care about you, including me. If you ever feel forgotten or unnoticed, I’m sorry, and I want you to know that I felt the same way many times when I was newer here, and even after I’d been on awhile. You’re not alone. :)

Of course I know you, June! You've been around for a while, it seems like. I bet more people here know you than you might think. And I don't think you can be bad at complimenting people. It's just a small thing to brighten someone's day! It doesn't have to be a full paragraph, it could just be a sentence mentioning something good you noticed about the person.

Cassandra the First- You are really smart and a super good writer! You always have really cool ideas and are eager to share them. I'm always surprised by what you have to say because they're usually things I've never thought about before. You're broadening everyone's horizons!
AutumnArtist- You are such a good photographer! I was looking through the photgraphy thread and really liked your pictures. The one with the tall buildings and the clouds is beautiful.
Willow- You're new and I like you already! You're super friendly and nice, and you seem very smart. I really like your art style as well. I hope to get to know you better because you seem super cool!
Micearenice- You are so smart and caring! I love hearing about your animals and it's so cool that you take care of so many different species and that you breed them! Whenever I need chicken advice I know just where to turn! You always have good tips and tricks for dealing with my hens, though yours are probably more affectionate than mine will ever be.

Your encouragement never fails to motivate me. I even have some of your kind words saved in a document so I can go back and read them when I’m not feeling good about my writing.
@Micearenice: I’m pretty sure you know this, but I consider you one of my closest CB friends/Kyngdom buddies. You have such a fun, kind personality, and I love RPing with you! Writing about Scarlet and Thimble’s adventures together was so much fun, and I hope we can do it again! I also love hearing about all your animals. It’s so cool that you have so many and breed them.
