Coraline trots happily off of the arena, and Agent Winter disappears in a flash of blue fire, only to reappear again on the tip of a stalagmite about ten feet away. A dragon, presumably Catsclaw, roars and bounds forward.

"I CHALLENGE COCKLEBURR!!!" One head of the great Hydra sighs.

"Somebody unleash the mothman..." It says as it flicks one claw at a nearby rack. On it, tied to the backboard with titanium chains, is a monster among monsters. It's glowing, red eyes are set in nothing more than its shoulders, lacking a head in the first place. Fur covers every inch of the hideous beast, and four moth's wings show on its back. A lesser hydra unchains Cockleburr the mothman and brings him forward. He grunts.

"Okay. I get the memo. I won't wreack havoc like my instincts SO STRONGLY TELL ME TO BUT NOOOOOO." He crosses his arms. The hydra head closest to the mothman rolls its eyes. Cockleburr doesn't notice. "Catsclaw, I accept your challenge." Before the Ultimate opens one of its five mouths, a sphynx pads forward. coyotedomino.

"Ultimate! You have five heads! Surely you can issue more challenges at once!" coyotedomino smiles, baring his cat-like fangs in a mocking way. The hydra smiles mysteriously.

"Yes. Yes I can, sphynx." The hydra raises one of its heads to the crowd. "Who will accept coyotedomino's challenge?"

Coroline jumps up. The hydra stares her down.

"Are you sure you want to go into a riddle challenge with a sphynx...?" The pegasus nods. The Ultimate shrugs and allows Coraline to step forward, across from coyotedomino, whose tail is slowly snaking back and forth in between his back legs. "Okay! Before we commence are there any MORE challenges?" Says the hydra, mentally daring anybody in the crowd. Cassandra the First floats forward, barely moving her pixie wings. The hydra's eyelids go down halfway. "Great. Challenger?" Fidelity slinks onto the arena, shaking her blue fur free of water. The hydra smiles mysteriously again, its eyes narrowing into slits. Fidelity leaned towards coyotedomino.

"You know, I really hate it when the Ultimate does that..." She whispers. coyote nods. All of the contenders face their fellow challenger. A rumble. Cassandra looks up.

"Oh no..." Stalactites hang from the ceiling. Already, cracks are visible in the stone spears. One falls, almost nailing Cockleburr into the ground. More fall, and the terrified CBers run and stop short just to avoid being impaled by a falling shard of rock. When the rumbling stops, the CBers in the arena look about themselves. A stone maze, 3-dimensional, and incomprehensibly complex. The Ultimate's voice rumbles through the channels and pathways of the maze.

"Here is your challenge. Get to the top, and then your challenges will be presented."

This will take some group effort. You guys (the challengers) have to RP your way through the maze. Good luck! 

Oh come on guys, don't let a bit of RPing scare you away!

I decide to take the left, and keep going that way until i find the way out. "Hey guys, come'on!"

I look around. Apparently the falling rocks have seperated me from the other... creatures. And thank Ra. I had not even begun to think of a riddle.

But this maze. It would be difficult. Perhaps I should find another.

"RAAAWR!"

Well, that will alert the others to my location. Oh. Perhaps it may alert potential threats as well... But who could hope to challenge me?
