Nothing better to

Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

Nothing better to

Nothing better to do than make one of those quiz things... because it's currently 3:20 am... please someone tell me to get a life or take a nap or something.

1. According to a Snapple lid, "stepping out for a walk can actually help you sleep better." Would you say this is true?

2. Do you wear glasses?

3. What is currently your favourite CD, if any?

4. Rain or sun?

5. What is your middle name, if you have one?

6. Favourite Cricket forum?

7. Do I sound stalkerish or just desperately sleep-deprived?

My answers to my own questions...

1. According to a Snapple lid, "stepping out for a walk can actually help you sleep better." Would you say this is true? Heck no. I was just outside for forty-five minutes, singing and dancing and doing anything possible to make myself tired. Did not work, my friend.

2. Do you wear glasses? Yes. <3

3. What is currently your favourite CD, if any? The original ercordings of LM on Broadway. *nods*

4. Rain or sun? Rainrainrain...

5. What is your middle name, if you have one? Elizabeth, not Katherine, Kate, Jo, Ann, Alice, Beth... contrary to popular opinion.

6. Favourite Cricket forum? Um...probably BaB?

7. Do I sound stalkerish or just desperately sleep-deprived? Well, I'm not tired... but in my defense, a Mary Liz with lots of time but nothing to do can be somewhat dangerous. ;)

feel better, but I don't know how it would really affect your

sleep...

Lots of favorites. Too many to name.

3. What is currently your favourite CD, if any?

See if you can guess... "And now you poor unfortunate soul/Time's up! You're through!/Now the power of Poseidon has been once again made whole/All the magic of the trident and the shell in my control/And now dark shall reign forever/Over ocean, sea and shoal!/Now see for yourself how banishment feels!/You poor unfortunate soul..." <3 *listening to If Only*

You sound like you've hit the point where you're so exhausted you're not even tired anymore, so you go completely insane and your vision starts to go funny.

Adina, you crack me up. :)

@ anyone who asked about Snapple: It's this drink. They put little bits of trivia on the lids... go figure. Glad to know I'm not the only person in the world who doesn't drink it, though... I only know what it is because my father, sister, brother, friends, relatives... everyone else... thinks it's awesome in some way... again, go figure.

@ TNO (umlaut): You nailed the last question, and where opinion is concerned the third one as well. Absolutely.

1.For some people maybe.

2.No, unless I'm playing around with an old pair that neither of my parents use anymore.

3.Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

4.Rain. It makes me feel cozy and layed back.

5.Rae.

6.Chirp at Cricket, or Blab about books.

7.Neither, just interested. That's kinda how I am. Sometimes I'll ask my papa (dad) so many questions that he'll say: "Are you writing trying to write a book?" and I'll say "I want to."

1. Umm, I don't know... :)

2. Yupp

3. Umm, I don't know! :D

4. Sun, because we had nothing but rain from mid-June till the end of July, so I'm quite happy to see the sun again. :)

5. MacKenzie (oooh, maybe that's why I'm calling myself Kenzie!!! Hahaha, I'm smart!!)

6. CaC or DtE.  We should have 'favorite Chatterbox thread' in a quiz thingy.  Mine is either "Hello!Hola!Hurray!" (because I met Emily there) or that thread about movie-making or whatever (because I met Kimmie there). :):)

7. Desperately sleep-deprived.  It seems as though people (like you and TNO) tend to make these types of threads between 1 and 3 AM.  Odd... :)

Re: early morning quizzing: Probably has something to do with a complete shut-down of the prefrontal cortex...

submitted by TNÖ, age 16, Deep Space
(August 13, 2009 - 9:44 pm)

Prefrontal: relating to or situated in the foremost part of the brain

Cortex: the outer layer of a solid organ or part of the body, e.g. the outer covering of the kidney or brain cerebral cortex

From the dictionary... but wait, you're saying that the reason I make random posts on CaC at three am is because the front part of the outer layer of my brain has completely shut down? ...Does the front part of the brain deal with sleeping or something?
