Does anybuggy else

Does anybuggy else have an interest in music? BuksRul, my trusty compadre (is exploding with laughter again!) (just hit me on the head with a steno pad) and I are thinking of starting a band with some of my friends. We have to see whether we can pull this off, but I think it will go pretty well. I don't know if we will be able to find a guitarist, but we have another friend who owns an electric keyboard, so that would do just as well. We'll figure this out. We'll keep you posted on this.

We love music! It can be your friend for life. Good luck with the band.

Music is great! It's not my favorite thing, but it's definitely cool. Good luck! :)

Sometimes I write songs, but not all that often.

I've wrote some songs before too, but not a type that a band would play with guitars and such. (Ps. Incorrect grammer intentional- Sometimes I just feel that way.)

We won't be writing our own songs in the beginning we'll be doing stuff from the GoGo's and Fleetwood Mac and stuff

I like music a lot - play the piano and like classical.

I like music. :) I would be really uncomfortable to sing in front of anyone or anything like that, though... I'm just a shy person like that *shivers at the thought of being near a stage*. But yes, I have an interest in music. :D

I am nevous on stage if I'm me, like when I'm singing or signing, but when I'm acting I just get excited. And for some reason, I've never been arfraid I'll forget my lines, I just somehow know I won't. It's weird.

Megan: I help lead the praise songs at my church on the stage.

Emily: I play piano(because my mom teaches piano)and I am trying to learn guitar for the band.

BuksRul's mom also teaches me piano. That's what I'm going to play in our band.

I told you I'd keep you posted, so here's the latest news. BuksRul says that it will be a while before we can start because she has to learn to play the guitar first. One of my other friends (I'll just call her AD) says that she wants to learn how to play the drums, so we'll have to wait for that. I have a couple other people that I think might join. I'll call them R and AN. I have to see whether they will join, but they probably will.

More later.

It sounds like it's coming together!

R said that he would play the bass if he could get his mom to pay for lessons and a bass. AN said that she would be the singer.

We're going to vote on names for our band. I was thinking of The Cricketeers, in honor of Cricket, or Artichoke Dip, just cuz it's a funny name. ;-)

Yeah, I wish I wasn't so nervous about things like that. I always just sing very softly when we sing at church, but I've never been on the stage.

Sorry, Charlotte. I'm sure you'll get used to it eventually. Remember, the future band depends on you!!! CoolInnocentLaughingSmileTongue outWink
