Villain Quiz! :D

Villain Quiz! :D

Villain Quiz! :D

To a) hopefully give you something slightly interesting to do and b) give me something to do. And villains are interesting, so...

Two sections, fact and opinion.

FACT

1. What does Ursula want, basically?

2. Branch of nobility that the Series of Unfortunate Events claims to be?

3. So... in Skulduggery Pleasant, be the skeleton good guy or bad guy?

4. Fill in the blanks and then name who said it. "**k*, I ** your *a*h*r."

5. Voldy's mom's maiden name?

OPINION

1. Best female villain?

2. Best male villain?

3. Is the disney Cruella Deville song not wonderful?

4. Would you say it's either grabby or not ambitious enough to only want to take over all the oceans ("and the dark shall reign forever over ocean, sea, and shoal..."), not the whole world?

5. Sparkly vampires, Dracesque vampires, or no vampires at all?

6. Is Bellatrix Lestrange really all that bad?

7. Any other comments?

~

My answers to opinion only:

1. Best female villain? Tie between Ursula and Bellatrix. o.O

2. Best male villain? Probably Dracula for general evilness, Tom Riddle (well, aaaand Albus...) for personality, and Erik in Phantom for both of the above.

3. Is the disney Cruella Deville song not wonderful? Yes, it is, and remixes are very fun.

4. Would you say it's either greedy or under ambitious to only want to take over all the oceans ("and the dark shall reign forever over ocean, sea, and shoal..."), not the whole world? "No! / I only want what's mine."

5. Sparkle vampires, Dracesque vampires, or no vampires at all? Need I really answer? Dracesque.

6. Is Bellatrix Lestrange really all that bad? Yes, she is, ;) but she's still fun.

7. Any other comments? Max Nero from HIVE is very cool, Ursula's evil laugh is wonderful (I know Louie is technically a chef, not a bad guy, but his is very wonderful as well), Draco is great, and yes I know I need to go find something constructive to do. I'm leaving now! *waves*

1. What does Ursula want, basically?

The good times back.

2. Branch of nobility that the Series of Unfortunate Events claims to be?

Um...

3. So... in Skulduggery Pleasant, be the skeleton good guy or bad guy?

Good guy, so far as I'm aware.

4. Fill in the blanks and then name who said it. "**k*, I ** your *a*h*r."

"Luke, I am your father." <=Darth Vader?

5. Voldy's mom's maiden name?

Gaunt.

OPINION

1. Best female villain?

Ursula, but you knew that.

2. Best male villain?

Uuuuummmmm... Voldy springs to mind, but only in ff... So maybe... er... In terms of evillness, definitely the Captain from Pan's Labyrinth. In terms of awesomeness, I'd have to say possibly Dr. Horrible.

3. Is the Disney Cruella Deville song not wonderful?\

It's all right...

4. Would you say it's either grabby or not ambitious enough to only want to take over all the oceans ("and the dark shall reign forever over ocean, sea, and shoal..."), not the whole world?

Well, given that merpeople don't give a whit about the World Above, I'd say it's on par with evil megalomaniacs of the land-based kind. And anyway, there's more ocean than land.

Also, it's "and now dark shall reign forever", not "the dark".

5. Sparkly vampires, Dracesque vampires, or no vampires at all?

Dracula! All the way. Sparkles are for pixies.

6. Is Bellatrix Lestrange really all that bad?

Well, technically yes, but... *grin*

7. Any other comments?

Yes, Ursula/SRS has a really good evil laugh. And so does HBC/Bellatrix. Oddly enough, so does my youth pastor Billy. His is creepy...

My Voldy sim is drooltastic, but not as much as Rabastan. Rabastan has the most beautiful eyes I've (eye've?) ever seen...

And speaking of the HPS project, I still haven't finished chapter one 'cause I'm to busy playing with the Lestranges and making HPRP sims like Albus and Wolfbar.

Top! TOP! Toppity toppity toppity top. *sings*

Anyways...

Re: Best female villains: Also Azkadellia (Tin Man), Mab (Merlin), Bellatrix (You know...), Mrs. Lovett (Sweeney Todd), Lauren Lopez!Draco (AVPM), and the Wicked Witch of the West (WoO). Oh, and Shego (from KP) as well, I suppose.

Re: Best male villains: Also Macavity (Cats), the Operative (Serenity), Sweeney Todd (guess...), Bill Gates (I kid, I kid), Oogie Boogie (The Nightmare Before Christmas), and Javert (Les Mis).

Re: opinion #4: Of course, what she really wants is (the rest of) what is rightfully hers (half the sea) plus what is rightfully her brother's (the other half and the trident), so when she says "I only want what's mine" it's a bit of a lie. But then I'm fairly certain that that line is having a bit of fun at the expense of all the "for the greater good" or "it's mine anyway" villain songs, which come off as faintly ridiculous.

Re: number 7: Louie, of course, is a bit of a villain. I mean, hello, listen to the lyrics? "hee hee hee, hah hah ha/with a cleaver I hack them in two..." "first you pound the fish flat with a mallet/then you slash through the skin, give the belly a slice..." "now I stuff you with bread/It won't hurt, cause you're dead/And you'll surely be lucky you are/cause it's gonna be hot in my big copper pot..."

Sadistic much?

Especially the OBCR guy's "Then you rub some salt in! [mwah ha ha ha ha ha!]/cause that makes it taste nice..." or whatever.

About Louie: Well, yes... sadistic I suppose.

And on the topic of Ursula, I see you have all the lyrics memorized to a "t"... that's okay though, because I've actually begun timing bike rides to my friend Kathy's house so it takes exactly the time it does to sing IWtGTB under my breath... *is obsessed*

Sims. I should know what Sims are. I have a general idea, in my defense... What are Sims?

Sims are, essentially, pixel dolls.

Fact:

1. Ariel's voice?

2. I've never read those books.

3. Never seen it.

4. No idea.

5. Gaunt.

Opinion:

1. Nimue.

2. Moldy Voldy.

3. It's pretty cool, I've tried to pley it on the piano, but it didn't work out so great.

4. It's a bit selfish, I mean, there's plenty of water for everybody!!!

5. What's dracasque? What's up with sparkly vampires nowadays? That's just wierd. I like normal vampires.

6. Uh, YEAH!

7. Galbatorix is beyond evil, durza deserved what he got, Murtagh just needs a little guidence, Voldemort has no hope he needs to go in a scylm or whatever you call it for crazy people, Bellatrix deserved what she got too, Nimue needn't be so touchy about things and forgive, Without Fenrir Lupin wouldn't have such an intresting life to read about, and well thst's about it.

@ Hannah: Dracesque actually does = normal, "drac" being short for "Dracula," "esque" being a suffix entailing likeness. And in saying "scylm" I believe you mean "asylum." ;)  I wouldn't say Voldy's crazy, though. Just... just determined. There's a fine line, but...
