Welcome, Hedwig, cousin of Lupine! You seem to have good (actually, rather incredible) taste. The Penderwicks has been amoung my favorite serieses for years, and Harry Potter and the Land of Stories are great fantsay sagas. There are so many people who play the cello on here! I don't, but my cousin does, so I know a bit about it.
