So....I may

So....

I may not be active for a little while, and here’s why:

I’ve been kinda mad with a few things going on right now,

And then to top it all off,

Yesterday my last great grandpa passed away.

He was the only of my great grandpas I knew. My mom’s grandpas passed away before she could meet them, and my dad’s other grandpa passed when I was little.

So I’m pretty sad, and we’ll be traveling for the funeral.

But anyways, that’s why I won’t be super active.

I'm sorry about your great grandfather, NiteSkiies. I trust he had a long, full life. Death is a part of life. After a while, you'll be able to remember the good times you had together and smile about them. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

I'm so sorry, Nightskiies. I also lost my only great grandparent during the pandemic- my sad poems from then are still on the Regular Poetry thread somewhere. I'm glad you are able to have a funeral (we couldn't have one for my great grandma, but a few weeks ago the whole extended family got together on zoom to talk about all the memories we had with her).

My condolences, and make sure to take all the time off that you need.

It must be really hard for you to lose you great grandpa, I'm really sorry. I hope that your great grandpa is having the best afterlife or post earth-existence experience he could have wanted. You must have loved him a lot and he must have been a great person. Take all the time you need, and feel free to reach out if you ever need someone to talk to! <3 <3 <3
