Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

I need help.

I need help. I'm really confused, about everything. […]

Dear Anon,

I want to reassure you that your feelings are real, and important.

I really, really encourage you to talk to two people you trust—maybe a friend or a sibling, as well as an adult you trust to listen sympathetically; maybe a parent, a grandparent, a teacher, or a counselor. Mental health is just as important as your physical health, and the two are tied up together in all sorts of ways. It's really amazing that you are finding the words for how you're feeling. You are the person who knows yourself and your circumstances best, so trust your instincts. You can take this at your own pace; whatever is most comfortable for you is the right pace.

It's also important to keep yourself comfortable while you're feeling like this. Be gentle with yourself, and try to find little ways to make your mind and body feel grounded and well: maybe wash your favorite sweatshirt so it feels fresh and cozy, listen to your favorite music outside, or cuddle with a pet.

If so this is the Ultimate Guide, it's pretty long but it'll probably help

If not whoops lol I don't have any deep advice but the admin's advice was good, listen to them, and I hope you feel better soon <3

I assume most of your message got cut out, but I want you to know that we love and support your for whatever you're going through. However, there is only so much a group of teenagers can do for you, so I agree with the admin- definitely talk to an adult or someone you know and trust irl.

We love you and hope it gets better soon <33 *hugs*
