October Masquerade!
The letter arrives past midnight, when everyone is asleep. One streetlight flickers as the letter is placed carefully under your door. You don't notice. You're sleeping too. But you'll wake up soon enough and see the evenlope in your kitchen, and, of course, you'll open it:
You are invited to a masquerade! You can wear a costume or not, and, of course, a mask. Not like a COVID-19 mask. The other kind. What's it called? Well, you know what I mean. The kind you'd wear to a masquerade. Thanks, hope to see you there!

So yeah, I'm doing a masquerade! Masquerades are mixes of SIs and CB balls/parties. The party will start on October 7th, you may not make guesses on who people are until then. Here is my form:

What're you wearing to the masquerade: I'm wearing a midnight-black dress with a hemline and white sandals with small black gemstones on them. My hair is in a low-ish bun with braids wrapped around it, and my mask is white with black gemstones as well.
Are you bringing any food?: Well, my manshion has waiters, aka AEs who I made dress up in masks and carry around food trays. You can try to coax them to give them clues as to who I am, but I will not be making their voices like this or this or anything, they'll just talk normally.
The party will take place at my manshion (Midnight Manshion), mostly downstairs but the upstairs is open to visitors too. Anyone can join in during the party, don't worry if you're late. Have fun!

What're you wearing to the masquerade: A long, high waisted pale blue dress with white flowers, and plain black shoes. My hair is in a lose braid bun, and I am wearing a navy blue short sleeved sweater/vest that has a hood. My mask is white with flowers and birds, and has antlers coming off of it.
Are your bringing any food or drinks and what are they?: Of course- chili!! And, brownies. And lushberry juice, why not?
Anything else: Some people might be able to guess who I am from my name...

I almost put in my real name! I am so used to it by now. Also:
I walk out of the woods and see the masion. I can't wait to go to the masquerade. I've never been to one before. I don't hear many people, so I don't think I am too late. I ease open the door and step out of the silent night into the large room. It is not to noisy in here, but there are a few people chatting. I set down my brownies and lushberry juice, and make my way to who I think is the host. She is chatting with two other people. When I get there, I say, "Hello! My name is Artemis. Are you Nightingale? This is a gorgoeus mansion, by the way. Also, do you think I could put my chili on a stove or something? I need to keep it warm. Or, are people going to start eating right away?" I realize how long that is after I have said it. You may not think I would talk a lot, considering how much I like the night, and silence, and solitude. But once a few people come, I become the opposite. I am very talkative when I want to be.

"Rosewood," I reply. "nice to meet you. Would you like some cold brew?" I sip my own glass of coldbrew and dip a small curtsey.

"Yes, thank you. How has your day been? Have you seen the lovely painting around here?" I ask Rosewood. "Oh, I love your dress! It is simple, but that's what makes it so pretty."

I join Rosewood, Kina, Whisper, and Artemis after grabbing a piece of fruit and a cookie. "Greetings. Have you tried the chocolatl?" I smile with my mouth closed, munching on the cookie. "It's like drinking hot cocoa made with really dark chocolate," I explain. I reach up to adjust my hair, and knock off my hat. I laugh, bending over to pick it up. The hat safely back on my head, I grin and laugh again. I finish eating my snacks.

"Oh! Hello. Who are you? I believe I saw you earlier next to the fire," I say to Edge. "I'm Kina. Also, no I have not tried the chocolatl."

"Oh, yes, I should have introduced myself. I'm Edge," I say. I wave a hand in hello. "Let's break the ice, shall we? What is your favorite food?" I turn to Rosewood and Artemis. "Or yours?"

I fling open the mansion doors and dash in, almost tripping on the hem of my skirt. I can't believe I'm late! Thankfully no one seems to notice. I set the food I've brought down on a nearby table and notice an assortment of treats already there. I grab a cupcake and a glass of a chocolatey drink labeled chocolatl and make my way over to the others. "Hi, I'm Kitsune," I say, introducing myself. "How's the party so far?"

I nod to Edge before he runs off to grab a snack. "Yeah, you can stay the whole party, even if you're guessed."
I look around. The guests are slowly arriving. One of my AEs appears in their all-black waiter uniform. They're wearing a large mask. "Hey!" I shout to my AE, who is going by the name Glass for the masquerade. They run over.
"I'm here!" They say.
"Where are the others?" I ask.
They shrug. "Not coming, I guess. Or maybe late?"
I sigh. "Okay."
Glass puts a couple sliders on their tray and walks toward Edge, Whisper, Rosewood, Kitsune, and Kita, loudly and dramatically offering them sliders.
I chuckle to myself and wait for the other guests to arrive.
