Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

I've got this

I've got this great idea! Charlotte and I were thinking maybe we could have a reunion in ten years. You know, it'll be like when people have high school reunions. We'll set a date, a place, and a time. Everyone will go there for the date, and then we meet up. I'd say that we should wear name tags with the name we had on Cricket on it. Charlotte and I thought of a few locations where we could meet each other: Mount Rushmore, the Statue of Liberty, Four Corners, the Petrified Forest in Arizona, and the Golden Gate Bridge. we should vote on the locations, and whichever one gets the most votes gets to be the location. I think that we could spend two weeks in our chosen spot, and just spend some time together, getting to know each other all over again. It'll kinda be like meeting pen-pals. What does everybuggy think of this idea? And if it's a good idea, what's your vote for time, place, and date? I thinnk it should be June 22, 2019, at 2 in the afternoon, at the Statue of Liberty. Please tell me what you think.

We've talked about reunions before, but there's always someone who can't make it. It would cost alot with plane fare, gas (if you're driving), and all, so I think we should just stick to telling where we're going on vacation and seeing if anybuggy lives near there. That would be so awesome to meet up with some of you!!!! BTW, does anyone live near Vail, Colorado? I'm going there in March.

I live in Severance. March is also when my birthday is. Are you going to be going to Greeley anytime? I'm there a lot. Also Windsor. I hope I see you! I think everyone should start wearing a patch with a cricket on it. Then we would know when we see each other. Then we could say hi and stuff.

Hee hee, EW, you are very precise.  How do you know you won't be busy on June 22nd in 10 years?  You cold be getting married on that day for all we know!  :) :) :)

It would be fun to have a reunion kinda, but what if we don't even remember each other in ten years?  What if I leave CB next year, like.... Lena?  *sobs*  If we had one, it would have to be soon, while we all still know each other!!!

And the location would be hard to pick.  I would want the closet one to me.... Probably the Golden Gate Bridge or Arizona...  but than for those who live in Maine, that is a VERY long haul.

As in places I go where others might be... um, we hardly ever go places.  A common place for my family to go is this indoor water park/hotel we go to every March.  We go hiking alot in the Mountain Ranges in WA, and sometimes we go to Oregon.  But since we've moved here, I've never gone anywhere but Oregon, and that was before I knew any of you!!

I live in Ault which is about 10 miles north of Greeley.  But I go to Greeley alot too.  Elizabeth, we should wear cricket patches!!  Then we would know!  We could put our Chatterbox name and have it say Cricket ChatterBoxer!  mine might look like this, sort of

Cricket

ChatterBoxer

Charlotte

Wow, Elizabeth. Planning ahead, are we? ;D I would really love to meet you guys, but who knows where we'll be in ten years. If we stay on Chatterbox for a while, though, and still think we might want to possibly meet up someday, I think it's a neat idea. :)

That's exactly the point. We can make sure that we're not doing anything on June 22. And, anyway, I would never forget you guys. I figured in ten years we'll all be adults, and then we transport ourselves. I still say it's a good idea. Could we please make this work?? I think it would be a lot of fun.

That's true. I personally wouldn't forget you guys, anyway,

either. :) Whatever you guys think. I'm in if you are.

Ooooh, that's a cool idea. Lessee, ten years from now I'll be almost twenty-two... *feels very cool* So yeah, I'd be able to transport myself. Hopefully. ;)

Statue of Liberty is closest to me, but ten years from now it's highly unlikely I'll still be here in tiny and dull Boringtown... er. Bordentown. Close enough. *slightly detests smallness of B-town*

Don't feel bad. I live in the smallest, most dull town in the world *is exaggerating a bit...*. It's actually considered a "village", after all. Anyway, I vote the Statue of Liberty, too. I've always wanted to go to New York City. :D

Uno problemo Señorita. My birthday is on June 22, so no matter what I said about not having something planned, something will be planned that day for me.

Hmmm......well, maybe you could have your birthday party a couple days earlier or something, and then you could celebrate your birthday with all your Chatterboxer friends!!! Yippee!

I don't know... I want to, but it sounds unsafe.  You have to remember, anyone could be reading this.

I trust all of you, but if we pick a specific location and date (and we'd have to), the whole world could find out! I know we'd be adults by then, but there's only so many of us, and who knows what could happen...

With it on our calanders this early, I don't think there's any chance of having something else scheduled. Not that I seriously think it's wise, or possible, but I like to fantasize. How about Redwoods National Park?
