What wallpaper do you have? Screensaver? On our big computer I put up a picture of a Luna Lovegood action figure. The screensaver is a 3D text that says Luna Lovegood. I have had a picture of Cymbril up before for the wallpaper, but my sisters aren't fans of The Star Shard, soooo......

Um. Heh.

My wallpaper is a picture of HBC as Bella, with the quote "you need to really want to cause pain. to enjoy it." at the bottom.

Because I am obsessive. I know. shut up.

Before that it was a zebra head.

My screensaver is the pretty one that came with the Mac. It's called Flurry, I think. Pretty colours <3

TNÖ, did you know that there is a Discworld wallpaper?

Well, my family shares a computer, and I don't pick the wallpaper.  But it is unnatrally green grass and a very bright blue sky with fluffy clouds.  I don't like it.  And then the screen saver is all black with a white thing disappearing, and appearing.

My boring bedroom has no wallpaper. Although my door is kinda cool... It has a giant sign reading "Insane Asylum," and under that is an anti-abortion thingy and the NaNo thingy... weird mix...

My screensaver reads "These people think giving me a sword is gonna help matters?"

(Wallpaper = desktop background in this case).

"You can't give her a sword! It isn't safe!"

IT'S A SWORD. IT'S NOT MEANT TO BE SAFE.

"What if she cuts herself?!"

THAT WILL BE A VALUABLE LESSON.

My background is a picture of my cousin Ryan from Halloween!!! :) What a cutie. For the Screen Saver, I have like a bunch of photos of me. It's kind of odd, so this will be hard to explian. Well, the first thing that happens is a picture appears. Then it sort of backs out and you see like a hundred pictures, and then looking at those hundreds of pictures, you can see another picture! It's really cool, and then it does the same thing. BUt that's on my Mac.... TWO MORE TO GO! On our big family computer, I have a picture... well...I'm not sure...and the screensaver is just some random thing, kinda like TNOs flurry, but for PCs. It's a lot different, but has a bunch of colors! The last one (my family laptop) the desktop has a bunch of photos of Taylor Swift (It can change) and the screensaver, I'm not sure about because I've never seen it. (it was close to dying, but my uncle brought it back from the dead last week or soo! I finally used it today, so I haven't gotten to explore much.)

I have a pink starry background on my own login, but most of the time I just use my parents login. They have the same green grass-blue sky one Meadow was talking about. They also have the flying by stars screensaver but I have 3d pipes as a screensaver.

For my wallpaper I have a picture of my dog Hunter in his normal mood, sleeping.  For my screensaver, ummm, I can't remember!

Well, on this laptop I have a picture of a wheat field with the sun coming up in the background as the wallpaper (which reminds me, I need to change that). And the screensaver on this laptop is boring... :\ On my dad's laptop, he has a picture of a waterfall/oasis type thing, which is really pretty, as the wallpaper. And he used to have this cool aquarium screensaver on it, but I don't know about now. And on the desktop in the family room, we currently have this kind of boring picture of blue squiggly-things as the wallpaper, but we used to have a picture of an island on it. And, the screensaver on that is also boring. :\ Hehe, we need to personalize a little bit. XP

There is a computer at school which I and a few others compete over the background regularly. It changes frequently. The last 2 backgrounds were chosen by me. One was a sheep, and the current is the Climing Goats of Morocco.

My wallpaper is of an Indian Paintbrush (flower) that I took on a vacation a couple years ago.  The family computer is our Jacaranda tree in the backyard. sillowetted against the setting sun.  Before that it was the water lily in our small pond outside.  For screensavers, I guess I don't have one currently.  I think my dad said it wastes energy or something, so I don't have one.  Anyway, that's me!  (TNÖ, I like your wallpaper!!)

On my own login, my background is a picture I took of a deer in our yard, and the screensaver is this cool thing called "shell" that changes colors in swirly patterns. It used to be radom pictures in a slideshow from my iPhoto, but since I only have about 200 pictures on it (all from when I was in Pinocchio, except for some stupid ones of my friend at a sleepover) I got kind of tired of seeing the same pictures go by over and over.

On my parents' login, which I use sometimes, the background is a picture of my Grandpa and my 3 year old brother playing paper guitars. The screensaver is an iPhoto slideshow, much more interesting because we have 5 years worth of pictures on it.

Probably a dumb question, but what's the difference between a background and a wallpaper?
