Hey! Here's our chat thread. Um... I guess I'll introduce myself a little bit. My CB name, as you know, is WildWolf, and I use She/Her pronouns. I love to read and write, and sing in choir. I have three younger siblings who are crazy, but also really sweet.
What are some of your favourite books? Some of my favourite things to read are KotLC, Harry Potter, (I didn't like it for a while but now am re-reading it and am into it again), the Cricket mag, Gordon Korman, A Place to Hang the Moon, and Front Desk.
Do have any favourite movies/tv shows? Some of mine: Barbie, Star Wars, and Owl House.
Oh yeah, and my captcha is Addie. She talks like this:/Hi!/ Today she says /eyeax/ hm. Okay. Anyway, thanks for doing this! I can't wait to get to know you!

Yes, it's kinda hard to actually do resolutions... I usually make three and only do about one of them, haha. Bucket lists are a good idea too!
Yes, I do play breath of the wild, and yes it's quite different. And untitled goose game is really funny!

I'm guessing u mean favorite fictional character? My favourite fictional character would be... Keefe, from Keeper of the Lost Cities. He's the only book character I've had a crush on, lol. He's just so funny and is always cracking jokes, but is also really caring and kind. Plus, he has amazing hair haha

here i am at last! :D thanks for being patient - i've been so busy with schoolwork lately ToT
i got around to reading "The Pine Campground"! i really enjoyed it! i loved the descriptions of the woods - i could picture everything really clearly :D the overall plot was really engaing too :] i think Peri gave some really good advice - one thing you could work on could be showing not telling - but overall i really loved it! :D
yeah i know i rarely follow my new year's resolutions XD
ah, cool! :D and yeah i'd really love to play untitled goose game some time! it looks so funny :D

yeah i meant favorite fictional character :P oh Keefe! i've never read KotLC, but some of my friends have read it, and i've heard good things about it (and about Keefe lol). he sounds really cool :D my favorite fictional character is - hmm, maybe Inej from Six of Crows, or Ronan or Gansey from The Raven Cycle. i guess that's just because i relate to aspects of their characters? and they're entertaining to read about :D
okay another question - favorite aspect of/thing about the CB (like ski lodges, aes, etc)?

Schoolwork takes up a lot of time—as it should I guess, but it can be annoying sometimes. :)
Thanks so much for reading it! Yeah, I definetly need to do more 'showing instead of telling'. Still, it's one of my biggest writing accomplishments because it took me a lot of time—at first there were a LOT of other characters and it was really confusing—and for some reason I didn't think of Jane and Rosy going to the outhouse as the first place to look, and they kinda just wandered around, and I didn't know what to do with the mom, (cause I had to get rid of her so they could have an adventure XD) and it was very overwhelming, but I eventually finished it and read it aloud in my online LA class too. (Sorry if this sounds self absorbed I am just really happy with it haha :p)

Yeah, I feel like it's hard to really relate to a character if they don't have some interesting thing about them.
Well my favourite favourite thing about the CB is all the people here, but besides that... probably ski lodges and AEs. Whoops I'm really indecisive haha What about you?

ooh it's always so cool to hear about people's writing process! you should totally be proud of it because it turned out awesome! i can definitely tell you put a lot of thought and effort into it. :D

yes, definitely! i love it when writers give their characters tiny quirks and mannerisms, and it's so fun when you actually relate to them! uhhh, for instance, in the Dreamer Trilogy by Maggie Stiefvater, there's this character who types with one thumb and one pointer finger, and i was like *gasp* i do that too :O i relate to the character in other ways, too, but it's just really cool when there's small details like that that make the character seem more real and relateable...okay i'm rambling now XD but yeah i definitely agree with you there!
yeah, definitely!! the people here are so awesome <3 yeah, i love ski lodges and aes too!! kyngdom is also really fun. as are solo writes, rps, last to post, written picturings, the writing contests-- *goes on forever* yep, as you can see, i'm also terribly indecisive XD um, you have some aes, right? what are their names/personalities?

Yeah, I definetly agree with that. And I love it when you have something small in common with the main character like that. Maybe a favorite color or the same age or a little habit. It's so cool!

Oh sorry admins I wasn't being very clear--I'm entering it in a short story contest outside of chatterbox, and it'll be on the short story contest's website if I win. On the short story contest's website it'll include my name, approximate location, and age. I don't mind if anyone on the CB comes across their website and finds my short story because I know they won't share it on the CB, and also the probability of them finding it is pretty low.
Thanks for this explanation, WildWolf. You should enter our Cricket League story contests. Maybe you already have, just not under the name WildWolf.
