Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

TCCP

TCCP

And in case you are wondering what that stands for, it stands for The Chatterbox Currency Project.

You're probably wondering, what....... well, I'll explain.

We each set up stores on different places to chat here that "sell" different items. Then, we each have play "money". We all start out with say, oh, 150 dollars. We get to spend it in different places. We can earn more by creating banks or jobs. Maybe we could even have an inventory to show what we have purchased. It will be fun!

If you would like to join, sign up here. Oh yeah, I'll be doing it too.

See you later!

To answer your questions, ZNZ, you get 100 bucks every week. You can hire employees (a way to earn money!) and you can pay them as much as you want. This is so exciting!

Interesting... but it sounds too confusing for me to do without visual aids. I have played games like this before though, we did it in the middle of our culdesac and we called it, "chalk house". We used rocks for money.

Ooh! This is fun! I did a much more complicated versionof this before, and enjoyed it very much. Actually, I did it twice. For school. My 4th grade GT class went on a field trip to a place that did more or less the same thing, but we couldn't start our own businesses (there was a list of stores), we used actual props, we had checks, and we could actually keep what we bought! And then my entire 5th grade did it next year.

I'm going to ask to work for Ruff And Reads, because I was actually going to make a similar store before I read her comment. If I can't, I'll just create something else. But it'll be fun to see if I can get the job...

Clair: We orginally only served coffee, but we'll sell tea if you like. And our ice cream is also soy as to avoid any allergies and lawsuits. :-P And yes, I'll hire you for the book part. What do you suggest your salery should be?
