Something similar happens to me sometime. It never says I need cookies, but every now and then it'll just say Image CAPTCHA. Slightly annoying if you're in a hurry, because if you type that into the blank, it's aways apparently incorrect. I think he isn't supposed to say it, and something odd happens to the system if he does...

I got his name Andy from when he once said "Andy" to me, which was the very first word I ever got! Percy comes from Ercy, and Captcha was Ima's idea.
