Secret Identities!

First and foremost, I will explain what a SI (Secret Identity) is.  It is when you post as another person, or creature, pretending to be someone else.  When it gets to the time when it ends, (I will set one) we will guess who you are.  I hope that is clear, and makes sense.

The Time of Guessing will begin at 9/24/10, a fortnight from now.  And the Secret Identity will begin NOW!

Hello, I am Sawyer Quinn Junioressa (fake name, Admins).  Junioressa as in Junior, in female.  I don't know who I am Junioressa to, but I'm guessing it's a far-off Great Aunt or something.  My family lives in Ezukiel, a town in northeastern Maza.  My family is a very old family, with many far-off relatives I only know the names of.  And many great great great great great and many more great Aunts.  I think I remember seeing a Sawyer Quinn on the Family Tree growing in my family's garden.  It wasn't me, because my powers have not come yet.  I guess I should check it, if I can find my way through the maze...

I guess I should explain the Family Trees, for I have read tales about lands without magic, and this computer thingie can reach as far as those lands, I know.  The shopkeeper told me.  A Family Tree is a tree, begun by my first ancestor, Esmeredla Junioressa, who must have been a daughter of another Esmerelda.  She used her magic to grow a tree, its boughs forming a name; her name.  She had many children, and once they got her magic-bending powers, they also grew their name into the tree boughs.  That was many generations ago, so you must imagine a great jumble of boughs and vines in it.  It is a maze, a maze of names, of my ancestors; they grew it.  When I touch it, I feel their power rushing through my blood, even stronger than I usually do. I remember that the name Sawyer Quinn was near the middle of the maze, close to Esmerelda's.  It is a very large maze, so I don't think I'll be able to find it again...  Maybe I'll be able to find it in our library!  But that is nearly as large as the maze...  But anyway, I really want to know who I am named after.

Goodbye, until I post again, -- Sawyer

Hello, I'm Mary Sue (fake name Admins)!  I am pretty, smart, clever, and have common sense!  I've never had a pimple and have tons of friends.  Sorry if I sound like bragging, but it's true!  I hope that we can be friends! *curtsies*

Spanbox says xfuo.  Rearranged, that's X UFO!  I assume that you haven't seen a UFO, then?

Hello, Lou!  I see you enjoy rhyming!  And yes, I do like blue.  :)

Mary Sue, pimples with someday come.  They itch sometimes, as I know.  My forehead...  you don't want to know.  My magic somehow increases the amount of stuff that makes me have pimples...  Don't know what.  It's just a family trait.

I have searched through the maze, but I couldn't find anything.  I even went to the library, and there were maps of the maze, but they were old, and some were made even before Sawyer Quinn had grown her name, or it might have been faded.  I may even had overlooked it.  I wish it was more organized.  But it is not, and Esmerelda did not have a plan, she just grew it, and her offspring did the same, when they had their powers.

I have recently found that I am part elf.  My friend, who is a full elf, can silently melt into the shadows and jump from tree to tree like a squirrel.  She also has pointed ears, as most know elves do, and golden curling tresses.  I can barely even melt into the shadows, and trees are what I know as 'large wooden thing I climb slowly and non-nimbly'.  My left ear has a slight point to it, that you can only see from a certain angle, if you squint your eyes just right.  But there is something else, something that only elves -- or part elves -- have.  Violet eyes.  My eyes supposedly resemble Esmerelda's, whose mother was an elf.  And me, being a descendant, have violet eyes.  This is not something that is just an eye colour, like blue or grey.  This is more -- it shows you are elf, first of all, and it shows your power.  People could get caught up in these deep violet eyes, forgetting everything, diving into the pool of purple thoughts.

Esmerelda had a sister. Joanna, her sister, was full elf.  Joanna was supposedly the horrible, evil one.  Joanna had a family tree, too.  But she grew it differently.  She grew it with people.   She had hypnotized people - even her own mother -- and controlled their helpless bodies.  She had grown her name, Joanna.  She had left her last name out, for she was angry at her mother for taking the human's last name, and so she had his name, too, though she  was not related to him.  And every descendant would do the same -- use their parents to write their name.  The eldest would always be the leader of the group, so he or she kicked the others out and kept the property and parent-hypnotizing to themselves.  They all were full elf -- for if they weren't, the spell would be broken, and the people would be set free.

My friend, full elf, was named after Joanna, being her descendant.  She was the youngest, and so was left outside the gates at age five to fend for herself.  That's when she came to my family.  She is a far-off relative, and so she is almost as a sister.  We finally found this out after I told her my last name.  She had amazingly not found out, or wanted to know, because she had always been taught that last names were of no use -- especially if you had the last name of someone you aren't related to.

I must be leaving,  for Joanna neads help with her hippogriff lessons.  That is one thing I am more nimble at - hippogriff riding.  So I teach her, and she teaches me.  Far-off sisters.

Can you teach me how to ride Hippogriffs?  Your story is very interesting.

I'll teach you, if you'd like!  Maybe I can have hippogriff flying lessons!  I can put up posters!  Maybe I could teach you and Joanna how to ride hippogriffs, and then you two could be teachers with me!  But only if you two agree...  :)

My parents say I'll never find Sawyer Quinn, for my father had read the name in one of the books from the library and read that name, then put it on the old bookshelf, and they all had collasped, and fallen through the floor, into the cellar.  The hole is fixed now, and I have no idea where the door to the cellar is, so I won't be able to find the book.  There might be multiple copies, but we hane no way of knowing.  There also might be more books about her, but  I haven't found any.  I know I'll find it, someday.

Anyway, while I was in the library, I read this amazing books telling of Esmerelda's adventures!  She was the one who tamed the first hippogriff, and passed it on to her children, and her children's children.  It went on, and spiraled all the way down to me, and here I am, teaching hippogriff lessons to my cousin multiple time removed!  She also traveled to a legendary elven princedom.  With her elven eyes, she charmed the ruling prince of no fathers, and he fell in love with her.  I see why, in her portrait he drew of her, hanging in my room, for I love it.  Her eyes were of a deeper purple of mine, even deeper than Joanna's!  They are so beautiful.  He was so full of love for her, that his heart burst, and he left the whole princedom to her.  She gave it to his half sister, Joanna (for they had the same father, but a dfferent mother), and she ruled, using his body as a Family Tree of her own.  So he fell in love with his own step-sister, because of her eyes.  But Esmerelda didn't give all the prnce-now-princessdom away.  She took some of it with her.  Her portrait, and a key to the palace.  Joanna's palace.

I haven't read all of it yet, but I hope to finish it, for it is very interesting!  I must sleep before I finish it, though, for my brother, Isen Nolan and I are going to search through the maze again, and maybe we'll find the part with the dragon statues he read about!  But I have to get up early in the morning, so sleep is what I must do...

Hello, Abigale!  I am female, too.  We are both female!  My brother and I are the only children, except my mother is pregnant with a baby; we don't know the gender.  I hope that they will name the baby Esmerelda (if a girl) or Anthony (If a boy).  :)  I know there are many people named those names, but I like them, and so do other people, which explains the popularity.  If they do not name them that, I hope either Rob or Louisa...  Maybe Echinacea, for a girl, or Ezukiel, after the town.  Ezukiel could be for a girl, or a boy!  Maybe I will convince my parents to name the baby Ezukiel.  They will have to decide soon, because the baby is due any time now!  I'm so excited!

Yay!  You and Joanna both agree!  Sawyer, Mary, and Joanna's Hippogriff Lessons!  That's what we could call it!  But how would you get here, I wonder.  If you have magic there, where you live, you can use your spells, but if you can't, I'll come and get you, if that is fine with your parents, and mine.  Maybe you can spend the night at my home for a few days...   This will be so fun!  :)

Isen and I decided not to search through the maze, so we could try to find the door to the cellar.  It was not exactly a door, it was more of a secret little passageway trap door that looked like we wouldn't be able to fit through if we opened it.  But we didn't find out, because there was a lock preventing us from opening up.  We looked though our key stash and tried all the keys, but it refused to open.  After that, he even tried to lockpick, but it didn't work for him.  That was very surprising, because he is a master lockpicker, as I should know.  I have learned to pull heavy things in front of my door at night.  But we could not open it, and so I tell to you.

After that, we went through the maze, and almost got lost.  But thanks to Joanna's amazing sense of direction, we got out nicely.  No Sawyer Quinn tree growth was seen, though.

I must go; today is the day the kids make lunch!

Hello!  This is Sawyer Quinn Jenioressa (fake name, Admins.  This is a secret identity).  The baby was born two days ago!  The wonderfully cute creature was named Lucius August Ezukiel!  They took my advice!  At least for one of his middle names...  For some reason they wanted two middle names!  I don't really know why.  He was born before the midwife, Ann, got there, but she came only ten minutes after he was born!  He got a check-up, and Ann said he was a really healthy child!  :)

So, I explored the cellar!  The only key we hadn't tried was the key Esmerelda had taken from Joanna's home because it had been in a compartment inside the portrait of her that was in my room.  When I went to bed that night I went and looked at the picture, and then remembered there was a key in it!  Then I went and woke Isen up and we went and opened the little secret door, and then we explored the whole basement!  We found the bookcase that had fallen through the floor, and it had a lot of books in it...  We searched through the large pile and sorted through them, so we decided that half of them were definitly not the book.  So now we have heaved the books up and piled them into one of the smaller rooms in the library, and have made ourselves comfortable and are reading through them...  Searching.  Joanna is helping, but she is a slower reader, so she hasn't gotten through many books yet.  We have barely gotten to fifty with all of us reading these past five days, so about ten books a day.  I know that that seems a lot, but we (Isen and I) are fast readers, and we have been taught to speed-read with our violet eyes.  Joanna hadn't been taught because she was the youngest, and we have tried to teach her, but she doesn't enjoy it.

Out of all these books, I'm reading a lot of information!  Its very interesting...  :)  I hopefully will find what I'm looking for in the book I'm reading now!  If not, I only have about fifty more to read with my brother and Joanna!

I'll go visit Isen and Joanna and see how they are doing...  there isn't a time limit, so I can ask them!
