An internship is when you work for someone, often for school credits, to kind of get a feel for the job.  It's not really a job, more like a kind of apprenticeship.   (Somebody else who knows what an internship is, help!)

1. College. University. Absolutely somewhere far away from my parents. And I will constantly "lose" my phone. So they can't tell me to go to bed. Or stop eating stuff with sugar.

2. Dream internship: Somewhere with an enormous telescope pointed at the sky.

3. Writer, of course. If I'm unable to publish or it doesn't work for whatever reason, astrophysicist.

4. Preferrably, it would be a flying house. So, anywhere. But, if that doesn't happen, somewhere in Chicago.

5. A flying car.

6. One with wheels that was bloody awesome.

For your house, I'd suggest moving in with Howl and Sophie. If you can stand explosions of purple slime, arguments that shake the house and a talking fireplace. ;)

Yes, we are currently in negotiations. Calcifer doesn't want my pet dragon to move in. It's all so very complicated.

1. What's your dream post-secondary destination(s)? (i.e. purple university, straight to work)

Ummm... College, I know, but I haven't really thought about which one. A good one, hopefully.

2. What's your dream intership(s)?

I have no idea.

3. What's your dream job(s)?

Author. Or, if no one wants my books, then editor. That way I'd get to read books long before they came out!

4. What's your dream location for your house?

I haven't really thought about that. I like California, but I'd like to try some other place. Maybe in a different country.

5. What's your dream car?

Again, no idea.

6. What's your dream house?

Probably a somewhat big house with a pool in the back. And near a library. And a bookstore.

This is completely off topic, but there are no bookstores where I live, other then the half-price bookstore with all the old books. Both the Borders and Barns and Nobles near my house shut down at the same time. It's really annoying, now I have to buy all my books online.

1) A school with a reputation for the field I'm interested.  Maybe MIT, if I can learn about ornothology there or want to be a phycisist.  Possibly Bard (fingers crossed: Julliard.) if I want to be a professional violist.  If I want to do writing full time, a chance a Iowa Writer's Workshop (but then my sister might be my teacher. :P) Maybe a college that offers travel abroad opportunities to Sweden, or just plain in Sweden.

2) Will Shortz!  I've heard that Harvard likes it if you get an internship with him... and also that would be uber-cool.  If he's still alive, (and if I'm good enough.) Yuri Bashmet.  I have no idea of how to spell his name, but he's a famous violist.  Maybe an internship for an editor.

3) Ornothologist, violist, writer, librarian, scientist (other than ornothology), teacher of all of the above or a combination!

4) Adirondacks, Catskills, Sweden, South America (?)

5) None.  Mode of transportation: a chartreuse bicycle.

6) Small apartment, small house, definetly a backyard, near library and allows pets.
