Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Mary Poppins. Why does everybody like that movie so much??? I have no patience for musicals in general, much less MARY POPPINS. The WORST part was when they jumped into a drawing and that guy (whoever he is) has a thigh-slap off with a penguin. Is nobody else disturbed by this?

His name is Burt, played by the actor Dick Van Dyke.
