Science MCAS:

I haven't taken it before and IT IS IN MAY! I'm freaking out! I'm not sure I'll pass! I'm going to fail! I can't do it. I hate science. It is so boring! Breath, Breath, breath, breath. Panicking, panicking, calm, calm. HELP! HELP! HELP! Wait, why am I worried? I shouldn't be. I get perfect on all the practices. Huh. For some reason I am absolutely panicking and I shouldn't be. Is there something wrong with me?

Calm down. I'm sure you'll do well. You seem to be very intelligent, and if you're doing well on the practices, I'm sure you'll do just fine on the tests. There's nothing wrong with panicking. Don't worry about it.

No, the MCAS do this to me too.  Remember: your science MCAS score is going to be lower than all your other scores because you don't do it every year.  If you are good in your regular science class, you will be fine.  When I took it, it was actually very easy.  I got questions asking about stuff   Had learned in second grade.
