Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Has anyone had

Has anyone had any weird dreams lately? I think I had this dream and some of you guys were in it. I can't remember the dream, though. That's what I get for sleeping so little.

I had a weird dream last night: I had a lot of luggage from my whole family. I left a big city hotel in a taxicab with all the luggage and several other passengers I didn't know. My family left the hotel walking to get our car. They were going to bring it back to the hotel to get me and all the luggage. But I was crammed into a taxi with all the bags and a bunch of other people traveling away from the hotel to who knows where. I finally got the taxi driver to stop and let me out. Then I had to struggle to pick up all the suitcases and bags and was just beginning to try to walk back to the hotel when I woke up in a sweat. I was so worried that I wouldn't get back to the hotel in time.

I'm still wondering what anxiety brought this on!

I always have strange and unbelievable dreams that should be parts of book plots. I never remember then enough when I wake up to create them as such, though. :(

I had a really scary dream a few nights ago. If you've watched Doctor Who, you'll get it more, but it's still really scary! So some of my siblings and I were in a room, we had just finished painting it white. The floor was stone and I remember my bare feet were really cold, but I was happy because the walls were so perfectly white. Then one of the doors opened and my eldest brother came in. He was laughing really creepily and then he touched the wall and black runes (like in the Pitt episode in Doctor Who) started spreading across the white paint. He turned and they were all over his skin too. We all screamed and huddled in the middle of the room and he started to walk around us in a circle, laughing. The runes continued to spread, creeping across the floor to us. I woke up when they touched my leg and I screamed.

I was so scared the rest of the night, I couldn't sleep. And I had been scared by that episode, but not that scared . . .

Wow, that is some complicated dream! I once had a dream Amora the Enchamtress from The Avengers blew Jack Harkness up.

And just last night, I had a dream that I kissed Matt Smith. Talk about a bad dream. Undecided

I had a dream once where I was on the run from the law. But it was for good reason, though I can't remember now what the reason was. It was like government had turned evil or something like that. I remember waking up after I was shot, so that was kind of creepy. (I wonder if this is implicative of my life at all...)

I don't have dreams very often, but I vaguely remember having a dream last night that involved eating pudding that tasted like leeks. It was kind of disgusting.

I had this dream where I was at school and it was weird. I don't remember much of it but it was vaguely terrifying, like most of my dreams.

I remembered another part of that dream. I was on the CB and Ruby was there and there was a new person and Ruby said something, I don't quite remember what, (actually I do remember, I'd just...rather not get into it) and it made me so mad my head exploded and I woke up at 4 a.m. and I was SO scared because of what Ruby said in my dream (he didn't say anything creepy, it freaked me out because....just.....stuff) and so then I played on my mom's phone

Well, that wasn't vague. I can say plenty of creepy things, if you'd like.

It wasn't CREEPY, per se. It just pisses me off. Also I was scared that something like that would actually happen. It was caused by something Tiara said. Gah!!!! I remember exactly what it was you said but I can't explain it because otherwise you'll know what it was I was planning to tell you and that would be kinda embarrassing.

Oh, you do planning on telling me? You mentioned a while ago that you were going to tell me something, and then you didn't and then I tried to come up with what it could be and then I came up with some extremely weird conclusions. I assume most of them are completely ridiculous.

The admins won't let me. I kinda don't want to tell you now though, because I was felling foolish and strangely brave at the time I mentioned it. I don't know if you knew in the dream, but I assume you didn't. What kind of theories do you have regarding what it might be?

Very silly ones. I couldn't think of anything plausible, so we had a brainstorming session. And of course things get ridiculous when we all try to brainstorm. Some examples of average theories:

-Maggie is actually a robot.

-Maggie is actually a MAN. *gasp*

-Maggie is actually the Doctor in disguise.

-Maggie comes from the past or future.

-Maggie is the last Airbender.

-Red came up with a really awesome Chrono Trigger one, but it is long and complicated.

-"Ruby, I am your father." (This one made me laugh quite a bit)

-Maggie is the Glassware quiz. In my Chemistry class, at the beginning of the year, we were supposed to have a quiz on glassware. It was "postponed" and all students live in mortal fear of it reappearing. You're not the first person accused of being the Glassware Quiz.

-Along the same lines of the last one, Maggie is the missing Wrath song. Mothy made a song for all seven of the deadly sins excapet for wrath and then completely moved on in the series. He says he'll make it someday, but I don't think anyone believes him.

And by far the best, most random, theory came out of nowhere from Red: (reproduced as accurately as possible. Warning: enormous run-on alert)

"You know, here's an idea. What if Maggie and Ruby were, like, actually two halves of the same demented brain having weird nightmarey hallucinay thingymabobs and, like, there were mothy references everywhere and stuff, and the brain sent them off on weird trips across the galaxy on their ship the Heart of Gold and then they ran into a giant octopus thing in a gentamnly top hat and monocle which was all like, 'hey, man, wassup?' and just randomly ate them for no reason and then there was a parallel universe inside which was full of RAINBOWS and a lot of anime girls, for no apparent reason, really, there were just a lot of anime girls, and then Ruby realized that in the depths of his soul, why, yes, he was actually a Mary Sue and then ran away to join the Sue utopian community where everyone is an elf and magical and gorgeous and they all look at each other and DESPAIR and then Maggie was all like, 'get back here, you idiot' and ran to the Sue utopia and dragged him away, which was a shame, because he was getting very chummy with all of the sins [Ignore the bit about utopia and sins unless you know what he's talking about], but, anyway, she dragged him away and then they had to fight against this giant jellyfish thingy that shot lightning at them and then they killed it and ran off into the sunset and went to the store for some macaroni-and-cheese, some white rice, and two tomatoes, came back with a dog, and ended up raising lemmings on a farm next to Voldemort and Dr. Moddington, who are on their honeymoon, and-" *slaps the table* "and that's what makes me a bird!"

Moral of the story: Don't listen to anything Red says.
