I am 15.
I am 15. Today, for the first time ever.
I am not particularly thrilled to be 15.
I was not particularly thrilled about life throughout my time of being 14.
I apologize again for the insensitive comments I made on Gollum's birthday thread once. That was mean on me.
Is Gollum still on the CB? I don't remember having seen her for a while...
Well. 2 years into being a teen. Teendom is not cool, beneath the face of it anyway. Well, a big part of it anyway.
Especially if you're like me.
Life is confusing.
Anyway I welcome all the "congrats" and whatnot...
Even if 15 doesn't really seem worthy of the congrats to me
Which it doesn't right now, except for the sole reason that I made it this far!
As it goes, one thing closes, another thing opens.
Good. That fact will keep me all the way to 16...

Well, despite the unspectacularness of turning 15, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
I hate growing up as well. More expectations from the world, and general human race. And you're that much closer to going to college and joining the work force. Oh joy. No, but seriously, it's rumored that the "teen years" are supposed to be the best of your life. I have yet to discover if this is true, but that's what they say. Personally, I believe when you're five, and the worst thing you have to worry about is getting caught stealing a cookie from the cookie jar, is the best time of your life. But that's just me.
Basically, what I'm gettin' at, is that you should try to enjoy being fifteen while you can! ENJOY BEING YOUNG! Best thing in the world, and you'll never get that opportunity again.
Anyways, HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Happy birthday! I don't really care for birthdays either (mine isn't till August though), but could you really imagine life being the same age forever? Eventually I would certainly get tired of 8th grade! :) Choca also wishes you a marvelous year, and she feels your pain as she is NOT looking forward to being 12 (or 13 or 14 or 15 for that matter).

Happy birthday anyway, even though teendom sucks. The worst part about it is that everyone brands you a "Teenager" as if you are some seperate species, not worthy of the understanding given to a child or the trust given to an adult. Plus you seem to mess up so much more. :( I just can't wait until I'm 20.

When I'm twenty, I'm going to be out of college, so I'm not going to have a roommate. And I am never going to have a boyfriend. That is already a documented fact.
