So I'm SUPER

So I'm SUPER excited because:

1) I only have about 20 days left of school (I'm homeschooled),

2) Which means very soon, I'll be able to read whenever I want during summer vacation,

3) And, next year I'm going to public school for 8th grade!!!!!!! (Celebrate!) I absolutely CAN'T WAIT!!!!! I've been homeschooling for the past 3 years, and I am so ready to see kids my age again. SO ready.

This summer (as of now) I don't have any vacation plans, although my sister is going to Hawaii on a missions trip, my mom is going with her for a week, and my Dad will be going on a week-long fishing trip in Alaska. This is not happening all at the same time, of course. I guess it'll just be me and my books... 

What are you guys doing over summer vacation?

back to the Down to Earth

Going to a Shakespeare summer camp and putting on a production of Twelfth Night.  And my mom is under the impression that I need swimming lessons or something.  And I'll probably walk to the library a lot.  As well as hanging out with friends.

We have thirty-two days of school left, but that also involves a class trip to Washington D.C., and other things.  And school is also a lot more bearable post state tests, so that's nice.

I have a few weeks of a really horrible camp that I hate (it's a generic day camp.) and orchestra camp and also a few weeks of a creative writing program. We're going to Florida for two weeks at the beginning of August. Also I'm going to the Fall Out Boy concert on July 23. asdfghjkl; I can't wait, I'm really excited.

I have 20 something more days at school till summer vacation. But at the same time, I am very nervous about final exams. I don't know what I'm doing over break- maybe going to Orlando. My grandparents are here in the states, so that's something to celebrate! 

As of right now, I've been absent for two days from school. I'm really sick, and I feel miserable. I'm probably not going to school tomorrow either. :(

I am going to be a busy, busy kid this summer.

I have to take a class over the summer so I can skip to the next math level. That should be pretty fun. I am going to disappear for two weeks in the summer- I'm going to a really fun book camp at Stanford. I have to work on a thing called a "Personal Project" (IB's term for being a slave to an art) all summer- I'm translating a book into English from Japanese. My only problem is that it is over 300 pages long. I am also probably going to be swamped with work for a website I like. And to get to all of this, I must go through more end of year projects.

Work! Doo-doo-do-do!

I'm going to Oceanwood overnight camp for 2 WEEKS, and a place in Maine for 2 weeks!
