Wonderings

Hi Everyone! I've decided to make a wonderings thread. It is so people can ask questions about things they don't know about, and maybe sombody here will answer the question.

Note: Please don't accidentally use your questions as a window for us into your world, if you know what I mean. (A.K.A. No questions regarding your personal life)

Here is mine:

I wonder why people graffitii on historical monuments. (like Pompeii)

I don't know, actually. That's a good question.

I've always wondered why the sky is blue. My mom tells me it's because it's reflecting the ocean's color, but I don't think the sky can reflect.

It's actually vice versa. The ocean looks blue because it's reflecting the sky.

But WHY is the sky blue?

Atmosphere stuff that I don't know about. But it has to do with the atmosphere.

Okay... Let me get this straight. What is with the people posting TOP!!! all the time? Not that I have a problem with it, but why?

For some reason, posting a comment on a recent thread sends it to a back page, so people submit another comment saying Top. When that gets posted, it brings the thread back to a front page. We don't know why this happens or how to fix it.

Admins, I have a question. How come sometimes, a post will just disappear? And how come some of the posts I create don't show up even after 2 or 3 days? I'd REALLY like this question answered.

Admin: Do you mean a whole thread? Sometimes the threads shift around to, say, the last page of a forum—technical glitch.

Oh. Thanks, Admin!

I wonder if there's some sort of requirement that all language arts teachers be sarcastic.

The same goes for Latin teachers.

I don't think it's a requirement; I've had some non sarcastic English teachers before.

*gasps of shock from the studio audience*

Really? Teresa, my dear, I'm afraid that may not have been a language arts teacher. It may have been [dramatic pause] an imposter. Because I, personally, haven't ever met a language arts teacher who wasn't at least a lITTLE bit snarky.
