Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Has anyone ever

Has anyone ever heard of the Sneaky Chef? This woman blends veggies and fruits, then sneaks them into foods. She wrote a cookbook called The Sneaky Chef. I've made the chocolate chip cookies, and they had wheat germ and white beans! No one knew! The white bean puree replaces some of the butter. I'm planning on making the brownies next. They'll have wheat germ, blueberries, and spinach. No lies! Check out the book.

The author also wrote The Sneaky Chef to the Rescue and The Sneaky Chef: How to Cheat on Your Man (in the kitchen). Because, you know, men don't really eat that healthy. No offense to the boy CBers. My mom and I are planning a meal plan for my dad, because he's completely unhealthy. Here's day one:

Breakfast: Legal Donuts (with blueberries and spinach)

Lunch: Reuben sandwich (with carrots and sweet potatoes), potato salad (with white beans), brownie (with blueberries and spinach)

We're not making any sneaky dinners, because our dinners are healthy without the sneaky purees. We always eat dinner at home.

Tell me what you guys think.

To the top!

Also, I think it was either Nora the Singer or Nina (the two names confuse me) that has celiac disease. I recommended the Sneaky Chef in another thread. Have you checked it out yet?
